Originally a midwife by trade, Alina came to London from Poland in the summer of 1990. Since she was a teenager she has been drawn towards complementary therapies and alternative medicine, giving treatments to her family and friends and reading many books about herbs, diets and eastern healing systems. She undertook her first massage course in 1997 with the Academy of Natural Health in London, followed by courses and workshops in reflexology, sports massage, Indian head massage, reiki and many more; giving her more knowledge and amazing experiences. In fact, Alina is constantly updating her skills to give the best possible treatments and care to clients who come to her for help with aches and pains in their body, or for relaxation due to stress. Her goal is to give each and every client a beneficial and healing experience.

She developed her interest in the inextricable link between emotional and physical wellness, during experiences gained in her extensive nursing career. Her increased knowledge and understanding helps Carole promote inner peace and harmony, for clients who are ready to allow themselves to receive. Energy balancing is available with multidimensional reiki, a powerful transfer of energy which transcends and calms, while increasing spiritual awareness. With her intuitive attention, Carole also combines massage for additional benefits to help soothe the mind and body.

She is passionate about helping people understand their body and improve their health. She trained in Osteopathy at the Surrey Institute of Osteopathic Medicine (part of the University of Surrey), graduating with a first class Bachelor of Science degree. She has furthered her training with post-graduate studies in paediatric osteopathy, western medical acupuncture and clinical practice in Classical Osteopathy. She also holds an ITEC qualification in Sports Massage. She enjoys treating a wide range of health challenges in patients at all times of life. Originally from France, Gabrielle previously worked for large technology and financial companies in France, America and the UK and has experienced first-hand the stresses of corporate life. These past experiences allow her to better understand the challenges faced by her patients and how to help them restore their health. Her favourite past-times are reading, photography, walking in the beautiful British countryside, dancing, cycling and yoga.
