Long story short, I'm a mother of 3, the youngest being 10, and I've suffered with my pelvic floor. I've been bypassed by the NHS, who just told me it's just muscle and to go and exercise more. I contacted Lucy, and she listened to me and told me that we will fix this. OMG, after only 3 treatments and light exercise, I competed in a competition with my horse without wetting myself 😁. After, I was able to run across the field to do my last wee before we left without so much as a dribble. This is life-changing for me. Thank you, Lucy, you are a talented lady.
