I chose Camtu dental clinic after a consultation with Dr Abbey. Its calm nature and precise explanation immediately put me at ease I knew I was in the right place. I needed an implant on one tooth but first he explained I needed a bone graph that would take several months before I can return and finish the implant. The whole process was done with great care and precision. Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

Treatment: Total Hip Arthroplasty, and post-op rehab. I am no stranger to ‘Health Tourism’, and contacted several clinics in other countries for the same operation – total hip replacement on one side. I contacted KCM Clinic after reading reviews and details on ‘What Clinic’ website. From that point on, I was most impressed with the speed, detailed information and costs sent by KCM, such that I decided to go ahead and have my hip replaced by them in preference to others. The UK NHS was a total non-starting failure. Every single aspect of the visit from arrival in Wroclaw to homeward journey was almost ‘micro-managed’ with superb efficiency. Transport from/to the airport, hotel arrangements, transport to/from the clinic nearby, pre-surgery assessments, surgery and hospital clinic stay, daily physiotherapy afterwards, all happened extremely smoothly. Yes, there was quite a bit of ‘waiting around’ at times during pre-op assessment, some of it caused by my own request for further cardiology assessment. The actual hip replacement operation occurred as arranged and was very straightforward. The level of care from clinic staff was exceptionally high, the coordinator was extremely helpful and accommodating at all times, the surgeon attended every day after the operation to check on progress and even changed the dressing himself, and the rehab. The physiotherapist always gave superb individual attention to maximise post-operative mobility. A very detailed discharge pack was handed to me when leaving the clinic, including CDs of all X-rays and diagnostic images, ready to pass on to the GP when returning to UK (in Polish, though – but I’m sure it can be well understood in medical circles). Can I recommend them? Without reservation! What about language? Polish is spoken throughout, but nearly everyone has a good command of English or German so communication was never an issue. I was continually impressed by the clinic, and they showed what true ‘health care’ is all about. All-in-all it has been the most positive experience, well beyond my expectations, and one that I will repeat soon for the other side! Thank you so much, KCM.

Dr Mendoza did my work. I had six crowns and six implant's. It was a lot of work to have done in two days. Dr Mendoza got the job done, he stayed past 4:00 to finish things up. I will be back if more work is needed. Thank you for a great job.

I had a bilateral hip resurfacing surgery with the doctor Jacek Laskowski on 28th July in Carolina hospital. As I was considered young for this surgery (42 years old) and had an athlete history before, the doctor decided to made both hips on the same day. That was the best experience I had comparing to hospitals in UK and Italy about not just the surgery but also very clean and modern hospital, very friendly staff (some nurseries don’t speak English but they try their best to comfort you), a lovely medical tourist manager always checking if everything was ok with me (Ms Danuta Milanowska). A big Thank You for Doctor Jacek Laskowski and Carolina hospital. About my recovery after 2 weeks I started to swim and bike exercise. My 4th week I left the crutches. Only the first week not was easy.

Good customer service. Easy to find for foreigners and not too expensive! I had a checkup, cavity fill with a local anesthetic, and an x-ray, all under an hour.

I found doctor Hatice Arior Habibi on line as I live in the UK. From very start she was kept very good communication over WhatsApp. Updated me from start to the end of the procedure. When I arrived first time in Turkey I felt very welcomed in the clinic and Doctor Hatici was looking after me best possible way. We conducted 3 procedures on my legs (with couple day gabs) and it’s all went smoothly. All the other ladies in the clinic are very helpful and nice as well. I came back now (6 months later) as result wasn’t 100% as expected, but without the hesitation Dr Hatice offered me a free sessions! In the end we done 2 , but even for my second session doctor made with discount. It’s not all about money, but it’s just shows how much that team and Dr Hatice genuinely care about their patience health, happiness and satisfaction ♥️ I’m coming back in spring 2024 (not for another session) but just to visit doctor and show the final results of my legs. I highly recommend this clinic, and definitely will be going back there in the future if needed 🙌 And for me it’s very important that I wasn’t treated just like client, but also made my new friend - Dr Hatice, thank you very much for everything you done 🫶

Went to Betatom to get an MRI for my back pain while I was visiting in Istanbul, I figured it would be cheaper than doing back in America. They were very fast at responding and easy to get an appointment immediately. It was a quick process and I am thankful to have found them. Thank you Eyüpcan!

I went to this clinic to have my teeth cleaned. Originally I wanted a tooth filled, but it was too far gone to save it. Having this work done was definitely worth the money. I paid about half or a third of the price it would have cost me in Canada. I’m very happy with the service and results. The clinic was fairly good. I’m back in Canada now, but I’ll definitely consider having treatment with Ideal Dental again. It’s difficult to say what the best part of a dentist visit is (I mean, you’re essentially paying someone for pain). However, the staff were great. Everyone was so happy and friendly. The technician who spoke English well, translated for me when I didn’t understand. It’s kind of a community clinic that's a fairly long taxi ride from any of the main centres in Mexico. I thought they were three blocks from the main centre, but they were actually miles away.
