The clinic is excellent, and the staff is outstanding! I've had the best experience in the OFF Skin and Laser Clinic, and I highly recommend their services. I did the laser hair removal treatment, and the improvement has been noticeable since the beginning. I couldn't be happier with the results! The treatment was very effective, especially considering my ingrow and stubborn hair. Also, the staff is super friendly, professional, and helpful, making you feel comfortable and welcome. I shopped around a bit before I decided to use The Cooden Medical Group for varicose veins treatment. I’m happy with the results and we’ll have my next follow-up in three weeks time. The first time I went to the clinic, it was a bit hard to find, but this is because I didn’t have an actual building number. I arrived late and in a great state. But they were very kind and tried to help me. The consultant was very good, but I didn’t feel like I could ask him questions. It was a little intimidating, but I think I was a bit over-awed. Other than this, he was very kind. He was very skilled at his job and this was the most important aspect for me. They gave me some advice regarding the pain. I had some Nurofen at home, so I used this. I don’t think I was sufficiently prepared and this is partly because my sister in Canada had the varicose treatment last year. She was able to drive herself home afterwards. I responded much differently and the after-effects were worse than expected. I think the clinic should let patients know that they might be very uncomfortable for a week afterwards. Things are fine now, though. I’m satisfied.

Dr Noor Alwash thoroughly examined my cyst and checked me all around for any other moles, growths etc. Very pleasant manner and is very professional.

Having recently turned the big 50, I wanted to feel better and look more refreshed – especially as I had started to notice how tired I looked. I chose Dr Raquel Amado as I know that she specialises in making sure that her patients look natural, not overdone and just a better version of themselves. After a thorough consultation, where we discussed in detail what was bothering me, I decided to go for a full ‘liquid face lift’ using the dermal fillers that she recommended. I have had a small amount of fillers in the past, so I knew a little bit of what to expect, but this was completely different as Dr Raquel didn’t just get rid of one little line, she basically re-contoured my face, cheeks, chin and jowl area – lifting it and sculpting it back to how it was maybe 5-10 years ago before gravity and the menopause kicked in. She was very gentle, used a local anaesthetic and took her time with me. Dr Raquel was very careful to make sure I was comfortable throughout the treatment, checking to see that she was happy with the changes as well as making sure that I was. All in all, we used over 5ml of filler, the most I have ever had, but wow – the results are absolutely incredible. I look natural, not done, not overfilled, just a better, more rejuvenated version of me. We chose the Neauvia range of filler both for the natural results, and also because Dr Raquel is a trainer for them – so she knew it would give me the outcome I was looking for. I am so happy with everything. I can’t thank Dr Raquel enough. I look and feel so much better, but the best part is – no-one really knows. Once the swelling and the small bruise went down (this is normal and only lasted a few days), my face looked lifted, less tired and more refreshed. Thank you so much Dr Raquel. I can’t recommend you enough and if you have been considering fillers but don’t want to look done, then please do book a consultation and treatment with Dr Raquel.

I had my thread vein treatment last year, I do need to get one more as had a stubborn one which has faded. Would like one more to get rid of it. The treatment was fine didn't hurt and everyone makes you feel so welcome and at ease. Lovely place to relax and get your beauty needs.
