If I could give Dr. Said and Malva 10 stars I would. I came to the Clinic after an unsuccessful surgery in another country that left me with pain and terrible scars. Dr. Said and Malva listened to my concerns and together they walked me through options to address my issues. I had been feeling depressed and my self-esteem was very low, but they showed me kindness and compassion and because of that, I put my trust in Dr. Said. I agreed to have the surgery to correct my previous issues and Dr. Said far exceeded my expectations, he is a skilled surgeon who not only corrected my pain issue, but he somehow made my terrible scars disappear. I will forever be grateful to Se. Said for giving me my confidence back and I can truly say that Dr. Said cares so much about his patients. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking to make a change, to please go to Dr. Said where you will be well taken care of and you will feel safe in their qualified hands. As a foreigner, I would like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude to Dr. Savoia. He is a knowledgeable and professional doctor, which is rare to find in Italy. I researched many doctors online and decided on Dr. Savoia.  After communicating with him via email in English, he replied to me quickly and answered all my questions in great detail. Every time I've gone to Milan to consult with him, he is extremely patient. He explains things in great detail and we communicate very well without any problems. Also, his prices are very reasonable compared to others. His operation materials are of top global quality. His surgical skills are incomparable. Additionally, his hospital arrangements are all professional, with full crews who can speak English. This makes a foreigner feel very comfortable undergoing an operation in a foreign country without hassle, especially regarding any potential language problems. My operation went smoothly. Dr. Savoia provided clear instructions for all the medicines. The wound healed within 1 month, though the first week was extremely uncomfortable. After the operation, Dr. Savoia continued follow-up care and responded quickly to my messages until everything was calm again. I highly recommend Dr. Savoia.

I have been to Vitalaiz twice in conjunction with WhatClinic. I have found this clinic superb in every way. The consultant is very friendly and thorough. I am very pleased with my treatment and will be returning late April, right through to September for more sessions.

The treatment I had for the restoration of the heel fat pads at Cannock went perfectly, all staff were incredibly helpful, and the whole procedure went so well that it was very enjoyable. Professional, open, honest and caring. Excellent service. I was a little concerned about being in a different country and not knowing what to expect. The Dr and her team operate out of the main hospital, which is modern and well equipped. Had the lens replaced in one eye and laser on the other eye done by the NHS which had signs of protein buildup. Less than a week and my eyesight is excellent. Don’t wait too long as I did, and suffer when you can have this done at a fraction of the price. Ideally, flight out Sunday and return Friday, gives the team time to run tests, do the surgery and then a checkup before you leave.

I made an appointment to meet Mr. Harley to discuss what could be done with my nose. I’ve been unhappy with the appearance of my nose for years (I had a steep bridge). Mr. Harley examined my nose and took pictures from different angles. He showed me photos of before and after work, he’s carried out on other patients in or a similar situation and started to talk about what could be done with mine. Mr. Harley understood what I wanted to be done and showed me on his computer roughly what it could look like. He was very honest and professional throughout which made me feel confident I was making the right decision. Later that day I received an email from Mr. Harleys secretory Linda with my quotation, which included a full break down of all the costs. I personally thought the price was reasonable for the type of operation I was expecting to have. As soon as I agreed to go ahead, Mr. Harley wanted to see me again Incase I had any other questions and to make sure I was 100% happy. On the morning of my operation, I checked in at reception and got shown to my room. The nurses introduced themselves and done some tests (all the nurses are extremely helpful and kind). Mr. Harley came and saw me make sure I was ok and took some more photos. After my operation I was looked after very well by everyone - nurses and healthcare assistants kept checking on me and offering me something to drink/eat. Mr. Harley saw me later that day to see how I was and explained how the operation went. After a comfortable night, it was almost time for me to go home. The nurses and Mr. Harley done some final tests and gave me some medication to take home - they explained what I should do if I had any problems and to call anytime. After a week, I had my splint and stitches removed. Mr. Harley was pleased with the result and so was I 100%! He explained it takes around a year for the nose to completely settle down which is understandable. Overall I can honestly say I am so happy with the service and care I received. All the staff are friendly, professional and always wanting to help. Mr. Harley is very professional, honest and caring - I would recommend him to anyone as he takes great pride in his work and looks after his patients.
