The reception was lovely. Great COVID questionnaire and a temperature check on arrival. Dr Morgan was friendly, professional, gave me some information on the treatment and interaction with my meds. Was very good. All great first impressions.

From the receptionists to my first meeting with Dr Awfa Paulina I was made to feel welcome and relaxed, like a part of the family. Dr Awfa genuinely cares about his patients well being and made sure I knew exactly what the surgery would entail and how the procedure would be executed.

All the team are extremely friendly and made me feel very relaxed, I have had my last 2 treatments with Stephanie and cannot recommend her highly enough. She is relaxed and very professional, I felt like I was in very safe hands! The last treatment I had was Profhilo, I love it! I started to see the difference within 2 weeks. My whole face and neck look a lot softer and a lot of the fine lines have disappeared. I will definitely be going back again. The registered nurse who diagnosed my treatment and carried out the surgery was Anelia Mihaylova, she made me feel at ease and explained in advance in a clear precise way exactly what the treatment would entail.
