Staff friendly but professional. Paula put me at ease as I was quite nervous. Clinic itself is in a beautiful Victorian house and decor- very much has a calming effect as not too clinical.
My enquiry was answered promptly and I was offered an appointment the very next day. I was seen on time. The staff were pleasant and kind. The examination was thorough. Treatment (cryotherapy) was delivered efficiently (still a bit early to judge results but going well so far) and price was fair and reasonable. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend - in fact, I already have done - or to return for further consultation/treatment should that be necessary at any future time.
