Dr Pervin Bilginer graduated in 1992 from Marmara University, Istanbul, is a dentist and also an orthodontist with a PhD degree. Her brother dentist Alkan Bilginer is a general dentist graduated from the same university. Their father Dr Sadrettin Bilginer who shares the clinic part time is a medical doctor, a specialist of internal disease also a rheumatologist.
