Hi you guys! Like most, I've always wanted VSG since 19 when I stepped foot on my college campus. Everyone else was relatively slim and then there was me 215 lbs at 5'3. Fast forward to 2020. I can highly recommend this clinic to you. Everyone is trying to make sure you are doing well and that nothing is missing. Dr. Kutbettin is a surgeon and speaks German. All questions can be discussed with him, without an interpreter. That was the best for me. After the operation, I had no pain or anything else to complain about. Everything is extremely organized and some hospitals here in Germany could follow an example. All preliminary examinations were carried out conscientiously. The agreed price is totally justified. I was at the clinic with my husband and child. We had a large room and were well looked after.

Due to the lack of appropriate services and support in my native country, I sought a viable alternative. Bookimed recommended Aqua Health, in particular Professor Baris Nuhoglu, to perform gender reassignment surgery. After an initial consultation online with the professor, I forwarded relevant information specific to my particular needs and wants. I then arranged an appropriate date and time to visit Istanbul for the procedure. I was picked up from the airport and placed in a lovely hotel for one night then I spent three nights in the hospital, where the staff were friendly, welcoming and supportive. In particular, Fatima, a daytime healthcare assistant, was extremely attentive and always had a smile on her face. This helped to make me feel more comfortable and relaxed. She was a real angel. Professor Baris, an incredibly personable yet unassuming gentleman, was always on hand to answer any questions and incredibly professional in attitude and approach. In addition, Dr. Hakan Hoser and his wife, Beritan Hoser, were extremely helpful, not least in terms of translation and reducing anxiety and concern. They even provided transport to and from the hospital and airport. Throughout the whole process, there has been fluid and efficient communication by Bookimed, Aqua Health and Mr. and Mrs. Hoser. Overall, I have been extremely satisfied and happy, not only with the procedure, but also with the very professional, supportive and respectful approach provided.

In One Word was "AMAZING”. Staff were exceptional and were on hand from start to finish. Doctor Tanongsak I can say is one of the nicest people I have met. He treated me as an equal from start to finish. What an incredible Gentleman and so down to Earth. The staff could not have been better. I chose to work at this place as they were amazing, funny and great to be with. On a final note I cannot think of one negative moment on my trip here and would like to thank everyone there on their kindness, especially (Donut , Candy , Alex and Scooter - Sorry should be Snooker- was wanted to go on the scooter LOL ). I recently had a procedure through this clinic. I am very impressed with the professionalism of the entire team, both before and after surgery. In particular, the post-surgery care far exceeded my expectations. I can contact the team directly through the line chat app and receive extremely prompt responses both from the doctors as well as the clinic staff. I needed additional care due to dehydration and was seen immediately. I highly recommend the Rattinan Medical Center.

I first choose Aurea Health Group because of the health advisor Rabia. When I sent inquiries, she responded quickly and answered my questions thoroughly without pushing. I am a nurse and realize that a lot of healthcare is a business, especially Plastic Surgery. But we have to be very careful over who we choose. This team, including Rabia and Dr. Ulas, made me comfortable and followed me every step of the way. Dr. Ulas had great suggestions when I got there, everything was very efficient from the airport, to the hospital, to the hotel, and Rabia and her driver went above and beyond to meet all my needs. I wanted for nothing and I felt very safe and cared for. Dr. Ulas did an excellent job on my extended tummy tuck and extended arm lift, with precise incisions and sutures that leaves minimal scarring. Rabia has perfect English and the nurses as well as the hotel staff were competent enough in English to help me. I would definitely recommend this team and Aurea Heath Group.

I had my abdominal liposuction this week so it's early to write a review but the excellent care and kindness I received needs to be mentioned. Dr Nguyen, his assistant Huong, and Dr Binh were lovely before, during and now. I am happy with the results so far and look forward to seeing my new shape.
