Als ich in die Klinik kam und die Ärzte kennenlernte, wurde mir einmal mehr klar, dass ich wirklich nicht so viele Fragen stellen musste. Während all meiner Behandlungen kontrollierten der Kieferchirurg Sabit Demircan und der ästhetische Zahnarzt Haktan İlhan die Abläufe und griffen ein, wenn es nötig war. Klinikmanagerin Nihal Hanım sorgt mit ihrem Lächeln und ihrer Freundlichkeit dafür, dass sich die Patienten sehr wohl fühlen. Darüber hinaus bemüht sich das gesamte Team wirklich darum, dass die Gäste die Klinik mit einer unglaublichen Synergie glücklich verlassen. Was die Ärzte angeht, so wurden meine Eingriffe von Dr. Emre durchgeführt. Trotz seines jungen Alters hat er mir mit seinem makellosen Verfahren das Lächeln meiner Träume geschenkt. Alles war besser als das, was mir versprochen wurde. Als ich kam, gab es keine versteckten Kosten, und für den Stoff, der nicht gemacht wurde, musste ich weniger bezahlen, weil er vom vereinbarten Preis abgezogen wurde. Dies ist eine äußerst boutiquefreundliche und zuverlässige Klinik. Bevor Sie eine Entscheidung treffen, sollten Sie unbedingt die Empfehlungen der Chefärzte von Clinic Prime Istanbul einholen. Had veneers done about 2 months ago and the results were fantastic. From start to finish the clinic was in contact with me. I was a bit nervous coming from USA that I would not have the same standards, but the clinic was better than anything I have experienced at home. From start to finish they were in constant communication and were able to arrange everything that I needed. The staff were all friendly and completely professional. There was always someone available throughout that spoke English and could answer any questions that I have. Most importantly for me, especially since COVID, is hygiene. The clinic and all spaces were completely sanitized and all staff were wearing appropriate masks/gloves/gowns and all the instruments were clearly sterilized and new. Would definitely recommend this place and I will be going back my self for future work, especially given the prices being so reasonable compared to other countries.

I first went to Izmir to have veneers fitted in 2007 and they lasted me until this year (2022) when the ageing process of shrinking gums etc dictated it was time to renew them. The dentist I saw in 2007 was not available, so I did some research and found West Dent Dental Clinic. I contacted their practice and had many WhatsApp chats with their staff who were always ready to answer any queries I had. I was researching three potential clinics, but chose West Dent based on feedback and price. I arrived in Izmir, using Turkish Airlines, late evening and was met by Cavit, who was my driver and point of contact for the duration of my stay. I attended the busy practice the next day (chauffeured by Cavit) and met the lovely English interpreter and the equally lovely and knowledgeable young lady dentist- unfortunately I do not know their names, but the dentist who treated me was named ‘Spring’ as an English translation. She quickly and efficiently removed my old veneers (I had the front six replaced). The operation was not painful, but was a bit uncomfortable. I was repeatedly offered anaesthetic if I felt I needed it. Once the old veneers were removed, my teeth were cleaned and impressions taken for the technician to work to. My veneers are porcelain. I went back two days later for a fitting. I had arranged to stay In Izmir for ten days so I could have a short break as well as dental treatment. When my new veneers were fitted I felt they were too large and before I could say anything, the dentist removed them from my mouth and immediately said she was not happy with them. She then took new impressions for a further set of veneers to be made. There was no fuss or drama, she wasn’t prepared to accept what, she considered to be, not good enough. As I said, I had 10 days in Izmir, so I had plenty of time to wait for the replacements. When the new veneers arrived they were a perfect fit, but very straight. I have an unusually large overbite and wanted them slightly shorter and slightly uneven. This the dentist achieved for me once they were cemented in. All my experiences at West Dent Clinic were positive. The staff were happy and obliging, nothing was too much trouble - would I recommend them? Yes, I definitely would. Some advice I would give is that if you are coming to West Dent for treatment, you should be prepared to be flexible with your appointment times. This is a busy dental practice subject to the dental needs and emergencies of their local patients. I had my appointment time changed a few times, but I was given plenty of notice and, as I was being collected, it made no difference to me. Once again, I would thoroughly recommend the staff and treatment I received at West Dent Clinic. Thank you lovely team-I think about you every time I smile.With kindest regards to you all.

Cant recommend Dr Ayca and her team highly enough. From the initial enquiry all the way through to post treatment the communication has been excellent. My partner had 24 crowns and 3 extractions and I’ve had full mouth all in 6 implants. My partners treatment results were outstanding not only have they gave her a beautiful smile but have restored her confidence and we can’t thank Dr Ayca and the team enough. I go back for my 2nd and final visit in 2 weeks but so far the treatment I’ve received has been phenomenal. The A-dent team are so welcoming and professional and make you feel part of their family. I went to the Clinic last September and had some teeth extracted and implants installed. Now that Turkey is off the U.K. Red list I can’t wait to have my treatment completed. I have full confidence in the Clinic, I was very impressed during my first visit and treatment. They put me at ease before and during my treatment. All the staff are extremely friendly and I was treated like a VIP. I can highly recommend the clinic. They are so professional and experts in their treatments.

I decided to do something about my awful teeth. I reached out to a couple of clinics in Turkey because it would be cheaper than having the work done in the UK and it is safe to say that after I spoke to Perla, my mind was made on the clinic I would like to go with. From the first conversation, I was treated with the utmost respect and professionalism and it confirmed to me that I had made the right choice. I had a lot of work done ranging from extractions, implants and crowns. The work was carried out over two trips and 4 months after the first visit, I feel as if I am a new person. I have just returned from Turkey After having 10 E Max veneers and also whitening. I’m a very nervous patient and was very worried about the procedure, But I can honestly say that Dr Kubra made me feel very much at ease. She is very professional and amazing at what she does.
