Dr. Mehmet Bekir Sen did a fabulous job. I am still in the early stages of recovery, but could not be happier with the aesthetic outcome. The procedure itself was completely pain-free, and both Dr. Sen and his nurse Elif were great to chat with throughout the procedure, which dulled the nerves. The first 1-2 days were uncomfortable, but as long as I kept up with my pain med schedule, it was manageable. Would have liked a few more detailed instructions for post-op to feel like I was fully informed on what to expect (i.e., how long to continue certain steps, what to expect at each stage of recovery, etc.). But that being said his team was very responsive to all my emails.

Joseph was professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable and well-informed throughout my stay. Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

I went to have my gall bladder removed on the 11th of May 2023 From being picked up at the airport in Wroclaw to the minute I went home I was treated brilliantly the staff and doctors were brilliant the coordinators were excellent The clinic was spotlessly clean the nurses were great and very kind to me and my wife who came with me. I had first-class treatment from the first-class staff, I would definitely recommend it if you need treatment for anything. The cost was a fraction of the cost to have it done in the UK and that was including our airfare and hotel! I chose the clinic by looking at reviews and also because I have been to Poland a few times and know Wroclaw well

Harry is an excellent Doctor. He was very honest/realistic with us throughout the process. He is very knowledgeable and made suggestions the UK doctors didn’t seem to have considered. After 4 years of failed IVF in the UK, we now have 2 healthy twin babies thanks to Harry. We will be forever grateful.

I booked my surgery through Rabia at Aurea Health Group back in October 2023. My whole journey has been amazing from start to finish. I had video calls with Rabia before I booked my surgery and she completely put me at ease. Nothing was too much trouble. I met Rabia in Istanbul the day before my surgery. Wonderful experience (treatment for wrinkles, fillers, laser and facial) we'd at the clinic. The nurses were extremely friendly and helpful. They were very informative regarding our enquiries during preliminary messages. A big shout out to Dr Bas for his professionalism(not pushy) and patience when answering our questions/doubts. Last but not least, the pricing is absolutely reasonable. 5 stars service and big value for money. We will definitely go back again in May. Prof. Dr. Nilgün Turhan is not only an Excellent Doctor , she is simple, superb Human being, Sober, approachable, friendly approach with a smiling face with her selfless services. Always provide amazing treatment. She is an extraordinarily intelligent Doctor with human values. The team was amazing, and last but not least the Embryologist was very professional and great. Highly recommended continue with Peace of mind and safe hands.

My journey with Dr Kassab started 18 yrs ago! Since then, I trust everything he tells me on any level. I always knew that the service you get at his clinic is nowhere to be found & life proved it to me when I had to go to someone else after moving out of Lebanon while pregnant with my 3rd kid. Luckily, I had the chance to experience the sweetness of pregnancy process twice with Dr Kassab, from his very detailed explanations to the highly sophisticated equipment he uses, to the in-clinic lab he has, which spares you the struggle of doing the tests anywhere else. Unfortunately, I can't say the same about my experience with the new gynaecologist who barely talked to me or replied to any of my questions without sarcasm, also didn't bother to tell me anything about the baby's health & status. I left assuming everything was fine not to mention that I couldn't see anything on the monitor while she was doing the echo because the image was bad. Anyway, she requested a detailed scan, which to my surprise is done by another dr. at another clinic! Not to mention that the visit cost a big amount of money, knowing that the dr. opted not to charge the echo fees! (God knows how much we would have paid if she didn't). On a side note, this dr. was highly recommended by 4 or 5 of our friends we had to wait for 3 weeks to get the appointment. My husband & I left the clinic very shocked of what we've been through & we called Dr Kassab right away to thank him for every time he received us with a smile & good attitude, for the relaxed feeling we got every time we walked into his clinic, for this relationship that felt more of a friendship. Thank you, Dr Bernard, for everything you did & you're still doing for us, your service & effort are HIGHLY appreciated! We love you!

I engaged clinic Ceram Marbella and now we are many steps forward. I am waiting for my medicine prescription. The response is very good. Madam Joanna has been there for my many endless questions and concerns.

I had a sub total hysterectomy - bilateral salpingectomy on the 18th April at the Nuffield Brentwood. I had been suffering with heavy periods for many years and my uterus was equivalent to a 22 to 24 week pregnancy due to large fibroids. Dr Masood, from our very first consultation was extremely patient and understanding of my needs. I came prepared with countless questions and suggestions and he listened, advised and answered all my questions. Not once did he make me feel uncomfortable about the numerous questions that I bombarded him with. I was very confident in his knowledge and he explained all the various treatment options in depth. He also has an excellent team behind him who are very prompt at responding to any concerns or questions that you have. Faye Scott, his secretary, is always professional, caring and prompt. After my surgery Dr Masood visited daily to ensure that everything was going well, which it did. He assured me that if I needed anything else upon discharge, that I should contact his secretary. I did this a few days after being discharged and got a response from Dr Masood within the hour. I can highly recommend Dr Masood and his team. I also would like to thank him for being patient with me, for making this whole stressful process easy and for getting rid of the fibroids from hell. I will always be grateful. Thank you.
