Dr Paulose is a senior orthodontist and oral prosthetic esthetic specialist. He has been serving for the last 4 decades and is well known in India and respected among colleagues for his expertise in the dental field. Dr. Paulose distinguishingly passed with first rank both BDS (honors and gold medalist) and MDS in Orthodontics in the years 1965 & 1976 from Govt. Dental College, Trivandrum. He was the First orthodontist to start fulltime orthodontic practice in Kerala. He completed didactic training on Pre adjusted Orthodontic System by Dale Wade USA 1989 and is prosthetic expert and a specialist in total oral rehabilitation.

Dr. Thomas K. Paulose is the Director Clinical Administration, Orthodontist, Dentofacial Orthopedician & Implantologist of Nechupadam. The elder son of Dr. K. T. Paulose, he received his BDS from Mangalore University in 2000 and MDS from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore in 2005. Dr Thomas is a certified Implantologist & Implant Prosthodentist from the International Congress of Oral Implantology & Chanavaz Implant Institute. He did Didactic Clinical training in Implantology under Prof Emeritus Manuel Chanavaz, Lille2 Medical university from Chanavaz Implant Institute France (2001) and received Endodontic training in Rotary Endodontics By Dr Prof Omar Zidan Of Minnesota University USA & Dr Wm Ben Johnson USA Tulsa Dental (2001). He is specialist in oral prosthetics and Aesthetic and cosmetic dentistry. He serves currently as senior lecturer at Mahatma Gandhi University of Kerala. He is a member of American Dental Association ( ADA) He is director youth forum Kerala chamber of commerce and industry (KCCI) and part of the Young Indian (YI) the youth wing of CII confederation of Indian Industry. He is also an Associate Fellow of World Clinical laser institute.

Dr Sajil John received his Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) in 1993 from Mysore University and his Master of Dental Surgery (MDS) in Periodontics in the year 1997 from Kuvempu University. He is a specialist in various areas like in Soft tissue grafts, Pocket Depth Reduction surgeries bone grafting, periodontal plastic surgery; Crown lengthening, Ridge augmentation, Depigmentation, frenectomies Operculectomies etc. He is currently a  Head of department of Periodontics and Implantology at mahatma Gandhi university Kerala
