Talk Therapy Dublin

Hi, I was treated by Martina in Rathmines every week for about 6 weeks. I found it to be a fantastic experience. I was full of anxieties, self-doubts and frustrations.

She was an amazing listener and could unravel all of those issues in a way I never thought possible. We got to the source of them, and I came away from her every week with a much better understanding of myself. I talked about things I hadn't even thought of for years. She was so prepared every week, knowing exactly where to start as if the previous session had only been the day before.

Today I am a much different person to the one she first met, more capable of dealing with whatever comes my way. I am truly grateful to her for what she did.

I had been suffering from anxiety and anger issues due to years of swallowing emotions. Martina provided a safe and trusting space that helped me work through this. I felt at ease with her from day one and she was very patient with helping me open up and deal with my issues. It was a lot of work but I am in a much better place now thanks to Martina and the work that we put in. Could not recommend enough to anyone dealing with anything similar or feeling like everything is piling on top of them.

I started seeing Ravind after a number of bad experiences with other counselors & their methods. It was my one last attempt at getting one to one help for my severe anxiety & panic attacks. I'm glad I did. Ravind has been amazing! A proper counselor that actually interacts with you instead of just letting you waffle on without getting any real results. Whilst it's a gradual ongoing process, I feel hundreds time better than I did when I first walked through the door. I can honestly say that without meeting Rav, I don't know how I'd have been able to get through the last year. I cannot recommend him enough.

Bereavement and Loss counseling.

Arriving for my first consultation extremely anxious, not knowing what to expect. At this stage of my life, I had become very stressed and depressed.
Rav allowed for this, he listened to a nervously explained and mixed up story of what was going on in my life and let me guide him through my experiences. His listening alone helped me. I wasn't alone anymore with this but his advice and guidance had more of an impact. He has helped me to get back to a normal daily life and I am now putting a new future together for me.

I was in for anger management with Rav and found it great. It was really useful and he helped me learn how to deal with different situations.

My son attended Rav Jaewon for counselling in connection with a relationship breakup. Both my son and I found Ravind kind, gentle and very sympathetic while dispensing very good and sound advice to my son. He was patient and successfully built trust with my son who had not undertaken counselling before. He was available for follow up by phone on occasions where my son became upset. I would highly recommend Ravind to those looking for a gentle approach and good advice.
