Joseph holds a BS.c Hons in Counselling and Psychotherapy from Middlesex University, he also holds a Diploma in Counselling and Addiction, accredited by the IAAAC and a Diploma in Psychology. 

Aoife O’Neill received her undergraduate degree from Dublin Business School, BA (Hons) and has a postgraduate diploma in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy received from Belfast Cognitive Therapy Centre accredited by the BACP (IACP equivalent). Aoife holds a professional certificate in Child & Adolescent CBT. Aoife also holds a certificate in Training Delivery and Evaluation (QQI Level 6). Aoife has a number of years working with young adults in crisis. Aoife gained this experience in youth services dealing with complex issues particularly at a time in their lives when they are transitioning from being a young adult into adulthood and the challenges that can pose. Aoife currently provides therapeutic intervention to adults in a local community counselling service. Here Aoife works with a range of difficulties such as anxiety, health anxiety, social anxiety, phobias, OCD, stress, life changes, low self-esteem, anger and psychosomatic symptoms. Aoife aims to provide a supportive, non-judgemental environment to her clients in order for them to have a safe place to explore their challenges or difficulties.
