Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

I had both hips replacement done at KCM Clinic and I am really happy with the service and qualification of the personnel and result. This is 6 months later after 1st surgery I back to KCM Clinic. I was looking for a dual mobility implant to help prevent dislocation and keep stability. This kind of implant is for people sports minded. They offer me an implant from top level -Stryker MDMx3 for my both sides. True, you can get only ordinary implants to remove your pain from most clinics but if you looking to go back to the gym, swimming, cycling going to mountains or your normal life you need something different and KCM Clinic is the clinic that can offer you these. What you can expect from KCM procedure. First, they will pick up you from airport and drop you off at hotel of your choice. Next, they will pick up you for examination and drop you back. On the third day you have your surgery. You stay in the hospital for 3 days and you are free to go Also you can stay in the hotel and pop up for physio to KCM if you want. Again, thank you to Patryk from International Patients Department and Cris for looking after me and the paperwork. All documentation needed has been filled out quickly without hassle. Dr. Harry is very patient, and he is very upright, almost answering every question. My email is full of Dr. Harry's emails. Moreover, he has not yet charged you a penny and is still very patient in helping you answer all your questions. I believe he must be an excellent doctor. At the same time, I feel that he is a very, very smart, sensitive, and intelligent doctor. If there is an opportunity to collaborate, I feel that he is extremely creative and able to flexibly solve various problems.

I booked my surgery through Rabia at Aurea Health Group back in October 2023. My whole journey has been amazing from start to finish. I had video calls with Rabia before I booked my surgery and she completely put me at ease. Nothing was too much trouble. I met Rabia in Istanbul the day before my surgery. At the beginning of my IVF journey, I messaged several different clinics/doctors, as it's always good to have some comparison. From the responses I got, and after the initial message exchanges, it quickly became clear Dr. Bazeos would be my best choice - he always replied promptly to all questions I had, in a logical organised manner. There was no pressure to decide 'here and now'; I could ask questions and Dr. Bazeos always answered, even though he had no guarantee I'd choose to do the treatment with him! He also speaks excellent English, which was important to me. I had the treatment (IVF) in the IASO hospital in Athens. I was surprised how big and busy the hospital is. Sometimes there were small delays probably because of the number of patients, but it didn't really matter because I was on holidays anyway. In a way I was reassured I made a good choice - so many other people were having treatment at IASO as well! I had 4 appointments during the 2-week period of taking hormonal injections. Dr. Bazeos always answered all questions, even though sometimes he was super busy, and was always happy to help if I needed anything (e.g. finding medication). Then, there were the most important parts - egg retrieval, fertilisation and embryo transfer. After each stage, with every little success, I was more and more optimistic the IVF would end in a pregnancy. I was extremely happy each time I learned something went well, and so was Dr. Bazeos – I am sure he has done thousands of IVF cycles before, but he seemed genuinely happy for me & always wished me good luck. And now the best part – I am pregnant!!! 😊 It is, of course, still early, and I realise things can go wrong, but still… This was my first IVF cycle and I’m so happy I chose Dr. Bazeos. He is a very knowledgeable specialist & I fully trust his decisions. I’d definitely make the same choice if I had to do it again.

Professional, very caring, very knowledgeable and compassionate. After a couple of years of struggling with infertility without understanding the real problems and failed fertility treatments, we had an appointment with his clinic. He was very thorough up to my delivery, complete with regard to every detail.
