I have worked in a clinic for 4 years and I have also worked with Shelbourne Football Club (League of Ireland), Gymnastics Ireland, FAI and Gaa.

From early in my career I began practicing and teaching yoga and pilates and began to develop a holistic approach. This led me to studying craniosacral therapy and later visceral manipulation and somatic movement education. Most recently I've been delving deeply into study of trauma and the Nervous System as it is so involved in any chronic health problems.  As a result I have a very holistic approach that is suited both to acute injuries and chronic longstanding problems. My main interests are women's health (pelvic health/pre and post natal) and pain.  Holistic bodywork sessions will usually address body parts away from the site of pain because of the interconnectness of the fascial system.  I also teach  yoga and workshops/courses on pelvic health and the nervous system.

He has experience in treating private patients and has worked with sporting clubs and individual athletes. His main is to help patients overcome painful conditions in the shortest possible time and to prevent the condition or injury from recurring.
