Acting on a personal recommendation from a friend who is already a client, I attended the clinic several months ago. I could hardly walk after injuring my back in a severe fall but I was able to walk out of the clinic, although, naturally, still a little sore. However, the day following my first treatment I was walking with greatly reduced pain and improved mobility. I have continued treatments with both Doctors and extremely grateful to both for enabling me to live a much more enjoyable and fruitful life. The clinic is spotless, the staff well skilled and welcoming and I have absolutely no compunction in recommending their very professional services.

Pain going down my arm. It was like a toothache. Clearly the consequences of a silly attempt to improve my flabby arms using weights. Felt an improvement almost immediately. 3 sessions and it was gone altogether in the space of a week. The most important thing for me was the quick diagnosis and the feeling of reassurance that it was going to go away. The first impression was the feeling that they knew what they were doing.

I am a really active person and a lot of my gym routine involves lifting weights. I severely damaged the ligaments in my ankle on May 19 (trampolining of all things) and was really worried it was going to mean I wouldn't be able to lift weights or go running as much or for as long as I would want to move forward. Paul assured me that this wouldn't be the case if we consistently worked on mobility and I did the exercises that he gave me. I was back on my feet and walking normally in a much shorter period than expected and I was able to progress my lifting and go running with no problems at all within 6 months. I still do the exercises/stretches Paul gave me to do before working out as when I don't I do feel the tightness in my ankle. Paul was amazing and made me feel so comfortable, he was really reassuring of my worries that I would forever have a 'weak ankle' which is absolutely not the case.
