About Cranfold Physical Therapy Centre - Rudgwick

Five centres are run by this group of physiotherapy centres that serves residents of Surrey and Sussex. The centres are located in Cranleigh, Dorking, Horseham, Capel and Rudgewick. The centres offer a number of therapies to treat various painful conditions suffered by patients. Biography:
I qualified from The Middlesex School of Physiotherapy in 1992 and then went on to The London Hospital, Whitechapel.
From there I worked in various NHS jobs around London before going travelling to Asia and Australia. Having done the travel, I settled back to a challenging job at The London Clinic, Harley Street, treating musculoskeletal patients and patients requiring hydrotherapy. I developed an interest in the Upper Limb whilst I was there treating in the Upper Limb clinic. During this time I studied for a Sports Diploma, which was run part time at The London Hospital. This entailed me working for a rugby team part time and doing additional private practice work in a local practice in Kingston and Petersham.
I returned to the NHS in 2000, to take on a Senior Musculoskeletal role at Charing Cross Hospital. Since moving to Godalming, I have worked at Cranfold Physical Therapy Centre since the beginning of 2007. The caseload is varied and busy but also very friendly.

Biography:
I qualified from Southampton University in 1996 and undertook my first working position at The royal Surrey County Hospital. After that, I worked in a variety of hospital settings as a senior physiotherapist specialising in treating patients with musculoskeletal conditions.
In 2001, I started work in the private sector, splitting my time between Guildford and London. I treated a variety of sports people from recreational to elite athletes, working both at Queens Tennis Club and Battersea Millennium Area. After a couple of years I was solely based out of a private clinic in Guildford treating a mixed cliental.
In 2009, I joined Cranfold Physical Therapy Centre. I enjoy treating all musculoskeletal conditions from arthritic aliments, pregnant ladies to the sports enthusiast.
My time is split between the Cranleigh practice, Rudgwick Medical Practice and a nursing home.
