Over 10 years, I have visited Jonathan's practice for my lower back, sciatica, tendonitis and a Baker's cyst. I would always recommend this practice first. On every occasion, Jonathan considers the individual, treats them like a person and not a number. He will recommend other treatments if appropriate. His knowledge of the latest research, willingness to be open to alternatives is very impressive and the surgery is well equipped. Every treatment I have had in the past along with the advice for self-help has produced excellent results. Excellent, friendly and efficient.

The clinic is private and secure with all the facilities required such as, a bathroom, curtains for privacy, drinking facilities and an off site car park.  The first session includes a consultation, assessment, treatment, additional exercises, advice and guidance. For a duration of 60 minutes, at a cost of £35. Follow up sessions then last for 45 minutes at the cost of £30.  (Deep tissue massage) Sports Massage prices and Hot Stone Massage prices are as below: Sports Massage: 60 minutes £35, 45 minutes £30, 30 minutes £25.  Hot Stone Massage: 60 minutes £38, 45 minutes £33, 30 minutes £28.  For more information please contact the clinic, click onto the website or alternatively check out our Facebook page. I had severe pain behind my right knee. I had a thorough examination of the knee, massage and ultrasound. The problem with my knee was identified quite quickly after good questions were asked. I was also shown various exercises to assist in my recovery. I chose the clinic as it’s close to where I live. I received a couple of phone calls prior to my attendance and various forms to read online so as to minimise my time in the reception area. The receptionist was extremely polite and helpful. Adam Chamberlain was the gentleman who I saw and found him to be polite, thorough and extremely professional throughout. I would recommend anyone who is suffering from injuries to give serious thought to utilising the service from Dpines.

Can’t thank them enough - the support is amazingHannah, UK, 20 02 21

I have been having physio since last year with Alice she is amazing she knew something wasn’t right with my knee and worked on other areas that my injured knee had caused until I had a ct scan. Still currently having Alice for physio and I can’t recommend her enough really happy with that Rehabilitation. After having manipulation in November Alice put forward I should have 2 Pt sessions a week I started with Abi absolutely brilliant got my leg/knee more mobile. I’m currently working with Alex for the Pt sessions and we are building the strength back ready for my next operation. All the ladies I have worked with through Achieve are hard-working and absolute stars and can’t thank them enough - the support is amazing. I have more faith in the next operations I have due as I know I have a good support group behind me to help and push me forward.
