I wouldn't see anyone else now!!!

Sciatica Treatment

I'd suffered from siactica for over 5 years before going to see Catherine. I'd tried many things to help eg pain killers, exercise and many appointments with chiropractors which only temporally helped the pain. Catherine was recommended to me and my partner from the gym we go to (David Fairlamb fitness). My siactica now is so much better!!! I exercise a lot so I suppose I'm prone to recurring injury but because Catherine now knows where I'm physically weak she put me back together in 1 appointment!! I wouldn't see anyone else now!!!
Lovely Clinic and Catherine has a lovely, friendly ability to make you feel comfortable and relaxed during your session. Also my partner slipped his disc last year and he visit Catherine on several occasions and now his back is stronger then ever!!

Biography:

Catherine qualified as a physio at Glasgow Caledonian University in 2002 and is currently a member of the CSP, the ACSPSEM and the AACP. Also registered with the HCPC.

Now an experienced physiotherapist specialising in musculoskeletal and sports injuries, Catherine has worked at the London 2012 Olympic Games, the Glasgow Commonwealth Games and the 1st European Games, Azerbaijan. 

Catherine has worked with rugby teams in the North East for many years and more recently has enjoyed working with the highly successful Newcastle Eagles Basketball team.

Catherine also enjoys working with more alternative therapies such as acupuncture and craniosacral therapy, and finds these particularly successful for patients suffering from headaches, jaw pain and chronic back and neck pain.

Catherine's passion for sports injuries comes from many years of sports participation, most notably playing for the Scotland women's rugby team.
