Postural Health Ltd provides years of both NHS and private physiotherapy experience.  We welcome clients from all age groups and all levels of fitness and we help promote the rate of recovery from injuries, surgery and long term conditions. We will assist in returning each individual to the level of functional fitness that they require for their chosen activities, sports and lifestyle.

The clinic provides a service for physiotherapy, acupuncture, massage therapy, core stability, electrotherapy (e.g. Ultrasound), exercise/fitness rehabilitation.  We provide a well equipped gym for rehab following treatment and specialist advice will be given to assist in the management of each condition. 

Immediate & Emergency appointments are available. 

Postural Health Ltd is recognised by all major private medical insurance companies including BUPA, Aviva, AXA PPP, WPA.

 Home visits and care home visits can be arranged on request.

Extended opening hours operate between Monday and Friday with flexible opening on weekends and Bank Holidays. 

Ample free parking just outside the door. Also on the 891 bus route.

On a first visit to our clinic you will receive a full assessment, allowing us to understand your previous levels of functional fitness and ability, the mechanism of injury and any specific work-related issues.  It is recommended that you wear shorts and a vest top to allow a thorough examination.  We will also require a list of any medication that you may be taking.  We will aim to perform a basic treatment following the assessment and also to give you advice and/or exercises to perform at home to aid your recovery.

If using health insurance we would recommend that you inform the company that you are intending to attend private physiotherapy as some insurance company's require a GP referral and will not settle invoices without their authorisation.  Any excess on health insurance policies will be charged to the patient.  

Any DNAs will also be charged directly to the patient.
