Highly recommend John, excellent treatment and value for money. Always gets you booked in quickly and he is always happy to answer questions and give advice. John has treated me for a few years for running related issues, and has always been great, which had allowed me to continue running. Just had my gait analysis done with John and he was spot on, it explains a lot of the reasons why I suffer with ITB/hip pain. The report he sent over for the gait analysis was excellent, easy to understand and very professional Extremely helpful in fixing some of my running related issues. Highly recommend getting it done, well worth it. 😊👍

Contacted Physio Pattern - great service - booked in for the following day. Christos was very attentive and helpful -we were really pleased with how the session went. Epley Manoeuvre was performed and improvements followed. After a couple of weeks - vertigo and dizziness were no longer a problem. Thank you, Christos.

I had Dr Mike Paull recommended to me as the pain in my back was unbearable and having had no sleep for three weeks and lots of gp apts and medication,of which nothing was helping. Iv only had two treatments from Dr Mike so far and I'm no longer taking tablets and pain has already starting to go. I can't thank Dr Mike enough as he is not only a brilliant chiropractor but a lovely man as well. I'm continuing treatment until I'm fully fit. I can't thank you enough and your lovely colleagues who are kind professional and greet me with a smile on each visit. Lovely comfortable atmosphere, totally put at ease. I cannot recommend Kristina enough. She has done wonders for me, from Physio to actually teaching me to stand, sit, and walk. I honestly owe her quite a bit. Her advice has helped me to manage chronic low back pain and come out on the other side and her treatment has helped me immensely. When the NHS physio sent me home saying I had 80% of shoulder movement and this was fine, in one session Kristina restored movement to almost normal. I have referred several people to her and they have all said the same, magic hands, great personality and professionalism.

I have visited Eltham Osteopathy Clinic several times over the past 10 years or so. On every occasion, the amazing staff have sorted out my various spine, joint and muscle problems. This time Claudio Cretella has done a great job dealing with my stiff neck and tight back muscles. I am now able to continue with my photography without the pain I used to feel. Claudio is an expert in osteopathy. His manner is always calm, friendly and considerate. Following a successful treatment plan, I now visit the clinic every two weeks for a maintenance session with Claudio.
