Phil is a highly accomplished Physiotherapist, Sports Scientist and Strength & Conditioning Coach. He studied physiotherapy at Robert Gordon’s University, Aberdeen in 1990 before advancing his studies to include Sports Science and Strength & Conditioning. He has over 16 years experience in professional and international sport, including two Super 15 Rugby Teams and the South African National Rugby Team.

Although he has gained extensive experience working with elite athletes in all areas of athletic performance, he has not forgotten his core skills and spends a lot of his time treating work related injuries.

Additionally, by combining physiotherapy with sports science he has become one of the world’s leading rehabilitation and recovery specialists.

As an International Strength and Conditioning Coach, Phil has focused on skills integration, individual development, nutrition, high intensity and combat training.

Tracy graduated with a Bachelor of Science, with honors, in Physiotherapy, from Queen Margaret University in Edinburgh. She has continued to develop her studies with an extensive amount of continuing education courses.

Tracy is trained in both manual therapy and self management techniques, tailoring each treatment to the individual. She has specific knowledge in back and neck pain, sports and fitness injuries, work-related rehab programs, orthopaedic rehabilitation and core stability and posture training.

She is dedicated to clinical excellence and ensuring that your temporary setback is treated for your long term well being.

With a widespread sporting involvement, working with various football clubs, Tracy has experienced a variety of musculoskeletal injuries and rehabilitation programs.
