Louise graduated from Aberdeen University in 2004 with a degree in sports and exercise science. Modules achieved were: Human and exercise Physiology, human anatomy, Pharmacology, human movement and biomechanics, nutrition, health and biochemistry, human performance and sports psychology. From there she then studied Physiotherapy at Queen Margaret University in Edinburgh progressing the modules above and looking into psychosocial issues and neurological physiotherapy. Since graduating Louise has gained qualifications in sports massage, trigger point, myofacial release, strapping and taping, sports first aid, shoulder course and ultimate knee rehab. Her main job has been at the Edinburgh Royal infirmary progressing her career within respiratory, elective and trauma orthopaedics, neuromuscular disorders and musculoskeletal. Louise also works as a sports Physiotherapist at Murrayfield Wanderers RFC and has previously worked with Edinburgh Accies RFC and Livingston RFC.
