After graduating in Lyon (France) , Alex had the opportunity to work in Tignes and La Plagne Ski resorts for over 8 years, during which he gained great experience in the field of acute sport injuries and return to physical activities by working with skiing teams on a daily basis. In 2007, an opportunity to move permanently to London arised and he continued to work with athletes as well as office workers and the postural issues they encounter. Being the M.D of our clinic, Alex is now mainly involved in the running of our clinic, but still available to treat old patients. 

Since qualifying Zoe has worked in the UK and New Zealand in an NHS setting and in private practice treating sports related and work place injuries. She has trained and worked in clinical Pilates and rehabilitation, and worked with rugby clubs. She has also worked in film and the performing arts with dancers, and has taught ante-and post natal exercise classes. Zoe has a special interest in sports rehabilitation and the prevention of injury, work place injuries and pre and post natal conditioning of the core.

Sarah is a New Zealand trained physiotherapist. She previously worked at a high performance centre treating a variety of clients from elite athletes to office workers. During this time she was also the physiotherapist for a Premier New Zealand rugby team and netball team. Sarah has further completed post-graduate courses in spinal manipulation. She has a keen interest in complaints of the spine and radicular referral of pain. She also has a passion for return to sport rehabilitation and as keen runner herself she knows what it takes to get you to the start line. She specialises in post-operative rehabilitation, back and neck pain, sports injuries, muscle imbalance and running assessment.
