About Ealing Physiotherapy

Back and neck problems and sports injury treatments are the specialties of this physiotherapy clinic. All treatments are performed by chartered physiotherapists. The clinic is located in Ealing. On the first appointment the problems are assessed and a treatment plan is drawn up. Treatments are provided for a range of painful conditions including headaches, muscle and joint pains, carpal tunnel syndrome, hamstring tears, sciatica and problems of the foot. Treatments provided are manipulation, mobilization, massage, exercise programs, laser therapy, electrotherapy, posture advice and correction, TENS and ultrasound.

Christina Carlsen

Biography:
MCSP completed her physiotherapy training in Sweden in 1975. She has worked abroad in private clinics, hospitals and rehabilitation centers as well as running her own private practices in Denmark and Israel before opening in Ealing in 1990. Christina has extensive experience in treating musculo-skeletal problems and postural dysfunctions and specialises in the treatment of sports injuries, back and neck problems. She is qualified in acupuncture and also specialises in workstation assessments, both for the home and work Christina is a member of the Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Sports Medicine (ACPSM), Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists (AACP) and the Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Occupational Health and Ergonomics (ACPOHE).

Greg Bagley

Biography:
MCSP is an Australian physiotherapist who obtained a Masters in Physiotherapy in 2001, after first completing a Bachelor degree in Exercise Science in 1998. He has gained vast experience from working in a variety of sports clinics and private practices, hospital and rehabilitative roles. He has recently been working with physiotherapists to the Scotland Rugby Team, whilst also treating Commonwealth team cyclists and skiers, professional golfers, rugby, football and ice hockey players. Greg's areas of specialty include sports injuries and rehabilitation, neck and back pain, postural correction and core stability re-education. He is also qualified in Pilates and Acupuncture and is a member of both the Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Sports Medicine (ACPSM) and the Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists (AACP).

Stewart Ramsay

Biography:
MCSP has a BSc in Sports Science and post graduate degree in Manipulative Physiotherapy from Brighton University and he is passionate about understanding human movement. His previous experience includes working with Wasps RFC, Clyde FC as well as several private clinics. He uses soft tissue techniques, joint mobilisation and manipulation to provide pain relief and to enable your body to move more efficiently. His vast experience and knowledge within exercise and performance will further help you abolish your aches and pains and keep you that way. His ultimate aim is to show you how to keep moving efficiently and symptom free. Whatever you present with, he will find a way that works!

Karthik Krishna

Biography:
MCSP (full name Karthikian Krishnaswamy) qualified as a physiotherapist in 1998. He has 4 years experience in sports medicine treating and rehabilitating elite teams. He also has had several years experience working in the NHS and for the British Army. He has an MSc in musculoskeletal disorders and in 2006 trained as a Credentialed McKenzie Practitioner. He is currently one of only two recommended practitioners on the McKenzie register for the Middlesex region.
