We are an established physiotherapy clinic with a friendly team of experienced, chartered physiotherapists for expert treatment of all musculoskeletal causes of pain or injury. We aim to provide the most effective and individual treatment programme for each of our patients with a holistic approach and a focus on hands on treatment techniques. We treat many conditions including neck and back pain, sports injuries, joint and muscle pain, whiplash, and work related disorders. We also provide sports massage by chartered physiotherapists tailored to your individual requirements.  We are conveniently located on Leyton High Road near Leyton Tube station and major bus routes and have pay and display parking nearby. We are open evenings and Saturdays.

Exercise & Rehab is a Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Practice. We also offer Strength & Conditioning and Personal Training. We have access to an excellent fully equipped treatment room and rehabilitation gymn Shepherds Bush, West London. However we also provide a domiciliary service enabling you to be trained and treated in te comfort of your own home.

I have two locations - one in Brook Green and one in Ascot.
