Stephen Makinde trained at the British College of Osteopathic Medicine in Hampstead, London, where he undertook the full time degree course in Osteopathic Medicine and Naturopathy. Stephen now teaches on the undergraduate and post graduate conversion course run for international Osteopaths. Stephen firmly believes that anatomy and information are at the core of any good Osteopathy practitioner and this should be passed on to each and every client, so that they can understand what is going on with their bodies in a logical way.

Diego graduated from the British College of Osteopathic Medicine, achieving a distinction in his final exam, with a Masters in Osteopathic Medicine and a diploma in Naturopathy. Being a keen sportsman, playing Rugby, Football and Cricket to a high standard, he is also a regular Golfer. It is his sporting background that initially led him to pursing Osteopathy after sustaining a string of injuries. He has worked with a number of professional rugby players and Olympic athletes, building upon his interest in treating sports injuries and providing comprehensive rehabilitation.
