I have been treated by several members of the team, including Stephen, Eden and Hannah and have always been pleased with the results. They work together on complicated cases seamlessly and very professionally. Cannot reccomend them enough!

Kasia is the best physiotherapist in London. We do not see anyone else. She has pulled me out of some horrific injuries.

I had a brilliant consultation with Jamie Cunningham who assessed my left ankle injury via a gait analysis and mechanics/strength review.

I was then referred to Kasia Musial who used the analysis/diagnosis to provide hands-on treatment and exercises to focus on the issues associated with my injury.

It has been a few months since my initial injury but feel I am now moving in the right direction due to Perfect Balance

I am so happy I have found the clinic! I have received physiotherapy treatment from Kasia at Moorgate for my Achilles tendon. Following a serious injury and operation I was struggling to walk and enjoy life.

Kasia looked after not only the tendon but my wound which was healing very slowly as well. That helped me a lot, not only physically but mentally as well. She related to my needs and provided constant encouragement and motivation for me to achieve my goals.

A combination of physiotherapy sessions and her exercise plan helped me to make a progress and significantly had an impact on ability to walk and be more and more active. After each session, I could feel the benefit and combined with the exercise my condition improved.

Kasia is knowledgeable, offers an individual approach, good listener.
Superb care and personal service with a high level of professionalism from her. Thanks to her I can walk, jump, run and walk in heels again 😊

I have been seeing Emma at the Moorgate clinic and she was been absolutely amazing in helping me work through a knee problem whilst training for a marathon. Emma takes the time to ensure I understand the weaknesses I have and how to work on them, as well as being very skilled in treating any acute pain I have had in the process.

It has helped me feel so much more confident in understanding the mechanics of my body and what I need to do to keep everything in order. Cannot recommend enough!

I was really impressed by my osteopathy treatment with Emma at Perfect Balance. Most practitioners I have worked with in the past at other clinics have concentrated on dealing with the acute symptoms and not really helping with a long term fix for the issues.

From the very first session, Emma not only helped to relieve my symptoms, but also worked on a workable long term plan to help prevent the issue from reoccurring. Would not hesitate to recommend Emma and Perfect Balance to others.

Working with Natalie has been a truly life changing experience!! I was referred to her suffering with Chronic Lower back pain and an in turmoil Nervous System. I have never experienced working with anyone in this way and was incredibly nervous and suffering hugely from anxiety but she instantly made me feel at ease with her warm and friendly way. She listens, really listens and adjust things depending on how I and my body feel and I find that really reassuring.

I find her sessions fascinating and her knowledge is mind blowing. I have learnt so much. The exercises she set me are tough but Natalie explains everything clearly and concisely, I never feel I am being rushed or pressured or don’t know what I am doing. She gives me the motivation and the belief that I can do whatever I set out to do. I can feel myself improving every day, my lower back has been in pain for almost 13 years and I have never seen improvement in it, until working with Natalie.

I now experience no back pain and have improved strength across my whole body. I have learnt to listen to my Nervous System and found ways with her help to regulate it. I like the fact that Natalie takes the time to explain why things are happening in my body and how we are going to work to fix that. Working remotely is great, it allows me to have my session with Natalie during the day whilst my daughter is homeschooling and the quality of Natalie’s teaching is still as impeccable.

I can’t say enough about how this experience and Natalie have changed my life in a positive way, without her kindness, patience, expertise and motivation I simply wouldn’t be where I am now and for that I will always be truly grateful.
