Richard is the co founder and a lead clinical therapist at Performance Therapy London. Richard decided to go into treating others after a long string of injuries and operations which kept himself sidelined from the competitive sports that he loved. He wanted to provide a high level of care to others which he did not receive himself.

He continues to participate in competitive sports as he has done all his life from football, hockey, martial arts, weight lifting and American football where he played for the London Blitz who have over the past few years won repeated national championships. He know what its like to play at a high level and knows first hand how important it is to perform at the best of your ability. He truly believes that having the right therapy could mean the difference between winning and losing.

His injuries over the years also gave him a good insight into how his clients feel and how vital getting back to performing at the top of their game as quickly as possible. Richard started off by training in level 5 sports massage with the prestigious North London School of Sports Massage (NLSSM) and then keen to learn the best techniques out there such as Active Release Techniques, offering everyone the gold standard in soft tissue treatment.

He is also an assistant instructor with kihealth concepts teaching students about and how to use Instrument assisted soft tissue mobilisation, Rich has been using tools in both a gym and clinical environment for around the past 7 years. He strives to help people achieve their goals and go above and beyond what they thought was possible. He works closely with personal trainers and other therapists with their clients as well as promote good nutritional advice to make sure everything is performing optimally.
