Given an appointment the same day with Paul, physio needed for back injury acquired when lifting, diagnosed with pulled muscles. Paul got me gently moving my back and showed me exercises that were achievable at home. Went in struggling to stand, and left feeling so much better! Highly recommend the clinic, dealt with me with empathy and compassion. Forever grateful for good value for money treatment. I went to see Tony at A W Physio summer of 2019 as I had constant lower back pain from facet joint degeneration which I have had for several years (I am 61 years of age). I have tried many treatments over the years but after seeing Tony for acupuncture and ultrasound my pain is much reduced. He gave me exercises to strengthen my core and so alot of it is down to me now to discipline myself to do them as I know the longer-term outcome is dependent on this strength work. Tony is a lovely guy, will make you feel at ease and wants to help. I would certainly recommend his clinic.
