Qualified 1987 (London) gaining her Diploma in Podiatric Medicine, State Registration and use of Local Analgaesia. 11 years private practice including 8 years for the British Army within a multi-disciplinary team specialising in biomechanics and nail surgery. 2004 she completed a further degree in Podiatry from Queen Margaret University, Edinburgh. 2004 she emigrated to Cyprus where she set up and ran the High Risk Foot Unit at the main Nicosia state hospital 2009 she was elected to the Board of the Cypriot Society of Podiatrists. She has lectured widely in Cyprus on the Diabetic Foot in English and Turkish 2012 She completed further study at University of Salford and is qualified to acquire and supply Prescription Only Medicines including antibiotics from an approved list and has completed 42 Continual Professional Development courses in a wide range of topics Leah is member of the Royal College of Physicians (Glasgow), Faculty of Podiatric Medicine Leah is a Fellow of the College of Podiatric Medicine Current until 2016: Leah is undertaking a 3 year Bachelor of Science degree in Chinese Traditional Medicine and Acupuncture, University of Kingston
