Enhance your lifeThe aim of Physiotherapists is to help people improve their lives. Our hands, our knowledge, are entirely directed to prevent and treat musculoskeletal injuries and spinal pain, always through evidence based methods. Physiotherapy is science. Physiotherapy is science applied to bodies. Treatments and pathologiesTreatments: Dry Needling McKenzie Method Spine manipulation Stretching Neuromuscle bandage Prescription of Physical Exercise Neural mobilization Pathologies: Trigger points Back pain (neck, thorax, lumbar). Headaches Dizziness Upper and lower limb problems Post-surgical treatment Sport injuries AboutI studied nursing at Universidad de Santiago de Compostela (USC) and Physiotherapy at Universidad de las Islas Baleares (UIB). Furthermore, as a Physiotherapist, I specialized in Advanced Manual Therapy, and McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Treatment. After three years of changes, in 2009, I started working at Hospital Quirón Palmaplanas , the best private hospital in Mallorca. Nowadays, I combine both careers, between the consultation room and hospitalization service, in the same Hospital. In conclusion, all this years of hard work and studying, gave me a wide clinical comprehension of body, illnesses and sensitivity of patients, which made of me a better health professional and a better person.

Physical therapy is the rehabilitation of injured or weak tissue. Often it is about a dysfunctional interaction between muscles and joints. In the back, it often happens that the muscles holding dorsal vertebrae in place relative to each other is not clamped to a sufficient extent or at the correct time by a movement, and therefore is loaded tissue surrounding the discus core and ligaments, which leads to pain. The physiotherapist ensures that treat the injury, but equally inform and instruct in what must be done to avoid the damage in the future.
