Treatment & Rehabilitation are evidence based and include the manual treatment and rehabilitation of sporting & occupational injuries, back and neck stiffness & pain, shoulder pain, chronic overuse syndromes, muscle & ligament injuries, headaches, knees, leg and foot pain, pain and dysfunction associated with stress & tension. Catherine is also trained to screen sport specific weakness, tightness or instability and put in place a rehabilitation program to address any imbalances.
