  • I presume they were staff members; I had my back to the door so I could not see them. I found this interruption rather unsettling because they did not even knock on the door - which would have alerted me, as the patient in the middle of my treatment, to the fact that there was going to be an interruption - and they did not wait for my therapist to say "enter" or "come in" or "just a moment" or whatever..I found that all rather unsettling and it infringed on the privacy I expected during my consultation, rather unprofessional I thought.Margaret, Ireland, 17 Jul 12
