Conditions are treated with Acupuncture in our clinic:
• Pain relief for musculoskeletal pain, for example - back, shoulder, neck and leg pain

• Sports injuries - Acute, recurrent and long term injuries

Jenny Branigan is a graduate of physiotherapy from UCD (2000) and achieved 1st Class Honours in her Masters in Sports Medicine from Trinity College Dublin in 2002. Jenny received a Graduate Certificate in Orthopaedic Manual Therapy from Curtin University in Perth, Australia (2005). Jenny was awarded her Level 3 Accreditation in Sports Physiotherapy from the ISCP in 2010 in recognition of her high level of postgraduate education and experience in this area. Jenny is also a qualified STOTT Pilates Instructor (2007) and trained in the use of Dry Needling.Jenny has appeared as the regular Physiotherapist on the Mooney Show on RTE Radio 1 since 2008, discussing common injuries. She has also featured regularly in other media with articles printed in the national papers and popular running and maternity magazines.

Jenny has extensive experience in sports physiotherapy, with the FAI since 2006 and as Club Physiotherapist with the Trinity College Rugby (DUFC) Senior team in the AIL for 5 years. She also spent several years working with hockey teams at Collegiate, Interprovincial and International level.

As Chairperson of the Chartered Physiotherapists in Sports and Exercise Medicine special interest group (CPSEM), Jenny was one of the founders of the Irish Society’s Official Accreditation in Sports Physiotherapy.

Kiera graduated in 1998 from UUJ School of Physiotherapy. She worked in NHS hospitals in Northern Ireland and Scotland before moving to private practice in 2001, specialising in treating musculoskeletal injuries (back /neck/ joint pain and sports injuries).
Kiera graduated from UCD School of Physiotherapy with a Higher Diploma in Acupuncture in 2002. In 2004, she trained as a Body Control Pilates Instructor through their London Academy. Kiera completed a 6 month nutrition therapy course, which greatly compliments her holistic approach to her treatments.

Kiera has much experience in sports injuries and sports specific rehabilitation having worked with St. Marys Senior AIL team, Dublin Senior Hurling team, Down Senior Football team and with the Avoca Hockey Club.

Kiera is actively involved in the promotion of post-graduate education within the field of Acupuncture through the Chartered Physiotherapists in Acupuncture clinical interest group committee.
