Kiera graduated in 1998 from UUJ School of Physiotherapy. She worked in NHS hospitals in Northern Ireland and Scotland before moving to private practice in 2001, specialising in treating musculoskeletal injuries (back /neck/ joint pain and sports injuries).
Kiera graduated from UCD School of Physiotherapy with a Higher Diploma in Acupuncture in 2002. In 2004, she trained as a Body Control Pilates Instructor through their London Academy. Kiera completed a 6 month nutrition therapy course, which greatly compliments her holistic approach to her treatments.
Kiera has much experience in sports injuries and sports specific rehabilitation having worked with St. Marys Senior AIL team, Dublin Senior Hurling team, Down Senior Football team and with the Avoca Hockey Club.
Kiera is actively involved in the promotion of post-graduate education within the field of Acupuncture through the Chartered Physiotherapists in Acupuncture clinical interest group committee.
