This group runs four high quality Pilates studios in Dublin, Ireland. The studios are located at Stillorgan, Rathmines, Sandymount & Leeson Street. A wide range of Pilates based services are provided by the team of trainers at both studios. They offer over 200 classes in a week. The team works with patients on a one to one basis or in a group setting according to the unique needs of each individual patient. Chartered Physiotherapist with 25 years experience. Completed 2 Masters Degrees in Manual Therapy and Musculoskeletal Health. From early in my career I began practicing and teaching yoga and pilates and began to develop a holistic approach. This led me to studying craniosacral therapy and later visceral manipulation and somatic movement education. Most recently I've been delving deeply into study of trauma and the Nervous System as it is so involved in any chronic health problems.  As a result I have a very holistic approach that is suited both to acute injuries and chronic longstanding problems. My main interests are women's health (pelvic health/pre and post natal) and pain.  Holistic bodywork sessions will usually address body parts away from the site of pain because of the interconnectness of the fascial system.  I also teach  yoga and workshops/courses on pelvic health and the nervous system.
