Has got me back to better than normal in no time at all

5 50 Physiotherapist Consultation

I have attended Portobello Physio on a number of occasions over many years. I have been treated by David O’Connell for lower back, shoulder, and Achilles strains. On each occasion, David’s treatment linked with a series of exercises has been superb and has got me back to better than normal in no time at all.

The therapist has good diagnostic abilities

5 50 Physiotherapist Consultation

I could not but recommend David at this clinic and its admin and support systems. David has good diagnostic abilities. He provides treatment but essentially sets out exercise programmes that are directed by email later in the day of the appointment. David only recommends further app. if he deems them necessary.

I can keep my shoulders over my hips and feel no pain

5 50 Physiotherapist Consultation

After many years of pain due to a bad physio experience, I was recommended Portobelloe Physios. Brendan came to my rescue with very caring and demanding exercises. "Motion is Lotion," he said and it was true the proper motion of course! Now I have to manage my pain and Brendan has devised a plan of exercise for maintenance. The difference between then and now in heaven. I can keep my shoulders over my hips and feel no pain. God Bless Folks you are true health givers. Thanks!

Highly recommended

5 50 Physiotherapist Consultation

I recently attended Portobello Physiotherapy Clinic on the recommendation with a shoulder injury and could not be happier with my results. My physio, Dave O'Connell, has proved excellent taking me through each step of my recovery in a caring and professional manner. I particularly liked the clear and concise online exercise programme he set out for me after each session to enable me to continue my programme at home. Highly recommended.
