Louise has worked in both the public and private sectors since qualifying from the Royal College of Surgeons Ireland in 2004. After spending 4 years completing her rotations in Beaumont Hospital Dublin, Louise moved to Brisbane Australia to complete her Masters. In 2008 Louise received a Masters in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy in The University of Queensland. Here she gained specialised assessment and advanced treatment skills for spinal, shoulder, hip and knee conditions. In the University of Queensland she also obtained a certificate in Dry Needling.After completing her Masters Louise worked in a private practice where she treated a wide range of Musculoskeletal conditions and taught varying levels of Clinical Pilates. During this time Louise was also involved in tutoring on the Neuro-musculoskeletal Masters course in UCD.In 2012 Louise returned back to Australia to further develop her training, specifically in Clinical Pilates using equipment such as the Reformer and Combi-chair. She also completed a Clinical Pilates for Pregnancy course.She is passionate about delivering high quality evidence-based care to her clients. She appreciates the need for short term pain relief and, more importantly, for long term prevention.

Ciara graduated with Honours from University College Dublin in 2009 and since then has specialised in the field of Women's Health, gaining experience working with antenatal and postnatal women in both the public and private sector.
Having spent time working and travelling in Australia, Ciara is now working as a senior physiotherapist in The National Maternity Hospital. She specialises in the treatment of pelvic pain, urinary and faecal incontinence, pelvic floor dysfunction, prolapse and postnatal rehabilitation.
Ciara is passionate about Women's Health Physiotherapy. She has completed certificates in the assessment and treatment of urinary incontinence and ano-rectal dysfunction and advanced manual therapy for the pelvic floor.
She has been teaching Pilates since 2013, training as an APPI Pilates instructor while in Australia and working to provide client specific exercise and rehabilitation programmes. She is very passionate about exercise and working in the area of women’s wellness for a holistic approach to client treatment.

Cliodhna graduated with Honours from the Physiotherapy programme at the Hogeschool van Amsterdam in the Netherlands, subsequently spending two and a half years working at St. James’s Hospital, in Dublin, where she gained invaluable experience in all core areas of physiotherapy.
With an additional background as a professional contemporary dancer, Cliodhna learned the benefits of Pilates complimenting physiotherapy. Consequently, she went on to train with the world-leading Polestar Pilates group in both mat work and specialised equipment for rehabilitation. She has furthered her Clinical Pilates qualifications with the completion of pre & post-natal Pilates, Women’s Health Pilates and Pilates for neurological conditions.
In recent years, Cliodhna developed a special interest in the field of women’s health. She completed her training in urinary incontinence and pelvic floor dysfunctions with the Pelvic, Obstetric and Gynaecological Physiotherapy (POGP), a UK based Professional Network affiliated to the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy. Cliodhna is a highly motivated physiotherapist who has a strong personal interest in encouraging and facilitating people return to their optimum physical health.

Mairead completed her BSc in Physiotherapy in the University of Limerick. She has completed a Masters in Neuro-musculoskeletal Physiotherapy in Kings College London and a Diploma in the Theory and Practice of Injection Therapy with the Society of Musculoskeletal Medicine. Further qualifications include a Certificate in Orthopaedic Manual Therapy, X-ray Interpretation, Kineso Taping, Trigger Point Dry Needling and Clinical Pilates.
She worked as a Musculoskeletal Clinical Specialist Physiotherapist in Cappagh National Orthopaedic Hospital, Dublin. She spent 5 years working in a private physiotherapy practice in New Zealand and Australia where she also taught reformer based Clinical Pilates. Mairead specialises in treating back pain, cervicogenic headaches, shoulder pain and sport injuries. She is also qualified to administer corticosteroid injections when prescribed by your GP.
