John graduated from Trinity College with Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Physiology and from the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic in England as a chiropractor. After working in London he returned to Dublin in 1992 and now practices in Ranelagh and Walkinstown. John combines his knowledge of the human body with chiropractic to provide a unique, professional and safe approach to the treatment of back complaints. He works closely with members of the medical profession in the treatment of conditions such as: back pain and leg pain, neck pain and arm pain, trapped nerves and sciatica, headaches and migraine, slipped disc, frozen shoulder, whiplash, sports injuries, repetitive strain, jaw problems, arthritis and back pain in pregnancy. John receives medical referrals of infants diagnosed with colic and reflux, and has a success rate in excess of 90% in treating these cases.In his treatment of sports injuries John has worked both in Ireland and abroad with high performance professional and international athletes in sports such as basketball, squash, tennis, rugby, soccer and skiing. He has also worked with FAI teams such as St. Patrick’s Athletic, Athlone Town and Monaghan United. He has provided backstage and on-set services to both the music and film industries, and has also been chiropractor to the American, Australian and Argentine Embassies.

I had always been interested in healing throughout my adult life, but was not ready to explore it until recent years. Up until 2004, I worked in a job which held little stimulation for me and I lived mainly for  weekends. When I was made redundant in 2004 , I decided to use the opportunity to finally follow my dream. I began by studying Neuro-Muscular Therapy and Sports Massage, because of my keen interest in football, and enjoyed the courses immensely. During my first year as a qualified Neuro-Muscular therapist, I developed a strong interest in Reiki healing, and qualified as a Reiki and Seichim Master in 2007.  I found that many aspects of my life began to change in a positive way, and still continue to change. After completing all the levels of Reiki/Seichim, I went on to do further  energy work with Kathleen Milner (founder of Tera-Mai Reiki), including working with Sakara and Cahokia energies. While working part-time as a Sports Massage and Reiki therapist, I returned to College, this time to study Naturopathy. I was interested in learning in-depth about topics including Bach Flower Remedies, Tissue Salts and Iridology, so that I could integrate this knowledge into my Energy Healing and Sports Massage practice. In the recent years since I began to follow my heart, and to do what I truly loved, I have achieved more  than I had in all my years up to that point. Welcome to Foley's Physio Foley's Physio is a private physiotherapy clinic run by Robert Foley. Robert is a member of the Irish Society of Chartered Physiotherapists. Robert graduated in 2009  with an hons degree from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland and has a previous hons degree in Sports Science and Health from Dublin City University. Robert has treated a wide variety of patient types and has worked in a number of different settings including acute hospital, rehabilitation, aged care and private practice. Robert has been working in private practice since 2009, he also spent 2 years working in the National Rehab Hospital in Dun Laoghaire where he was involved in the brain injury, spinal injury and amputee programmes. Robert also spent 6 months working in a large aged care facility in Australia. Robert treats all types of patients but specialises in sports injuries and other musculoskeletal issues. Robert has a background in tennis. He has played since he was 6 years old and represented his school, province and country as a junior. He has also been involved with the junior national squad as a coach and physical trainer.
