I contacted Paul with Achilles tendonitis, experiencing tenderness of the heel and stiffness in the back of the leg making walking very difficult and painful. I had sprained my ankle 3 months earlier and walking since then had been difficult. An X-ray showed no break.

He arranged a speedy appointment after a few WhatsApp exchanges.

He advised dry needle treatment and some ultra sound afterwards. This was incredibly effective and the pain was much easier by the next day. He followed up the treatment with a suggestion for extra stretching exercises for the foot and ankle, also brilliant and effective.

I live a couple of hours away from the clinic but the treatment was well worth the journey.
I found Paul online and checked out his credentials. He was very professional and had a nice approachable manner. My treatment cost €60 for the session. Great result.

I had a rugby injury and chose this clinic because Paul had quite good reviews as well as a background in rugby. I had a number of sessions with him and the results speak for themselves. What I appreciated most, were Paul’s hands-on approach and his honesty. He let me know up front that if he could not fix the problem in the first two sessions, that I’d have to get an MRI or see a doctor. I’m so impressed that I’ve already recommended a few of my friends.

My initial impressions were good. I filled out a questionnaire in the waiting room before we began. Had four sessions of around 45 minutes each. I wasn’t given any medication, just some exercises to do at home. During the were, Paul was very practical and he helped me do some rehabilitation exercises. Unlike some other physios I’ve encountered, he didn’t expect me to do all the work on my own. This was great.

Went to Paul with a lower back pain I would give Paul 10/10. I have so much relief now, haven't trained in over a year and now I'm back training.

Went to Paul for a full body deep tissue massage after a few months of heavy training. The treatment included dry needling, cupping and deep tissue massage to tight muscles. He explained everything he was doing and let me know some problem areas that would require extra stretching. Got great relief from the treatment and found it very informative. 10/10 would recommend and will return in the future.

I chose this clinic as it was local to me and the first clinic that appeared when searching WhatClinic. The clinic itself was fine. The sports massage treatment I received was good value and what I expected to pay.

Excellent - Paul is a great guy but importantly knows his stuff - I will be back. I had hamstring issues but touch wood they seem to be settled after one session.
