I strongly recommend this dental clinic. Extraordinary. Very professional and went above and beyond anything I've experienced before and all done with kindness, gentleness and smiles.
This is the best treatment I have ever had and I am over 60 years of age, and have seen many, many dentists in my time. Above and beyond my wildest expectations.
My front crown chipped off and split Monday at home. Cost for a new crown in Vancouver without dental insurance including the lab fee was $1500 plus tax. Kirk communicated with me back and forth in great detail and made me feel very comfortable. One week later I am sitting in the dentist chair in a spotless, full equipped dental office with superior technology to at home.
The temporary crown matched perfectly my existing front tooth. I asked for an estimate for what other work needed to be done. The dentist took full x-rays which are blown up on a computer screen so you can see everything. She then explained via Kirk translating tooth by tooth as I could see on the screen what had to be done and why. Never have I had such detailed, precise and professional and thorough explanation of proposed work.
The dentist also was able to explain why my lower right side teeth had all started a domino slide in the last two years which no dentist at home had come up with an explanation. Her analysis was an impacted wisdom tooth which had turned sideways and was pushing all the other teeth like a domino effect. Brilliant and why would no-one at home tell me that???
The final product of my permanent crown is magnificent and a perfect match to my existing tooth.
Final bill - no charge for x-rays and detailed examination. Teeth cleaned too. The cost of the dentist savings allowed me to have a one week vacation for free, for less than I would have paid at home.

My whole experience with Dentoamerica was outstanding. From my first inquiry by email to my dental visit and the support I've received since. Kirk and his team go out to their way to ensure communication and comfort are top notch. I was quoted 4600.00 Canadian for a new bridge and spent 1,152.00 for a bridge, root canal and reinforcing 2 teeth with posts as well as a cleaning. Fantastic!! Another bonus to find out my insurance covered everything. I can't recommend this place highly enough!! Many thanks to all of you there and keep up the good work, I will see you next year!

My husband and I together had 8 crowns, 2 root canals, 2 fillings; each had deep cleaning and complete ultrasound exam. This was completed in 8 days of our 3 week trip to Puerto Vallarta. All of this was performed pain free and with immense care. Kirk and his "crew" were professional, excellent dental technicians and took time to explain procedures. They offered options and arranged appointments to best coincide with time we had. The office was always full of satisfied patients, some having returned for the 3rd year. I've never seen so many real smiles at a dental practice! We plan to return next year for remainder of necessary work.

I never expected the treatment I received to be more professional that my dental clinic in Victoria but it was over and above! The staff is outstanding! The prices are low, low, low! The finished product 100%! I can't rave enough and will definitely be going back to have my next cleaning and any other work needed. No more Canadian Dentist rip-offs for me.
My husband also had a teeth cleaning while I had my extensive work done. He was blown away by the facial massage that follows every $35 cleaning and check-up. The only drawback for us was the Clinic was 30 mins. away from where we were staying.

My husband and I travelled to PV specifically for dental. I had extreme gum disease and was had 2 exam/quotes in Los Angeles to treat it. Amazing communication through out the whole process with staff . Cynthia was my periodontist and although cute as a button, she was extremely knowledgeable and up to date on the latest periodontal techniques. I instantly felt safe in her hands. She explained every step and showed me exactly was she was doing. I am very grateful in knowing I received better care travelling there than I would of in Canada or the US. Oh did I mention I saved approx. $9000 just on this procedure. Cant wait to go back for cosmetic!

The dentists were great. Kirk was there every step of the way to explain everything. Everyone else getting work done there were also impressed, and most were repeat customers. They were very meticulous, but also made time in there busy schedule to make sure that the work was done in the little time that I had. The price was also cheaper then most dentists there. I will never go to a dentist in Canada again. The pride that they showed in there work was second to none. The place was very clean, modern, and friendly. Getting a root canal, post, crown, 5 cavities, cleaning and whitening was almost painless. If you are looking to get a quick, rough, overpriced butcher job, get your dentistry done in Canada. If you want to get quality non rushed precision work done by people who truly care, phone Kirk. Our dental and medical system could learn a thing or two from the satisfaction of a well done job. It was nice not to be treated as a farm animal that was being serviced on piece work. Thanks guys, I couldn't be happier or have a better smile.

I had a great experience this past August. I had talked with them but not committed to be their patient until I got a look at their office. Once I visited I was pleasantly surprised; I didn't need to go check on my second or third options. The people at DentoAmerica are excellent and the prices can't be beat. I had never been to Puerto Vallarta before so it was a bonus to get to a new place. We had an extra surprise a few days before I was to fly out, but they handled it without a problem. It's been over 3 months now and I'm very happy with the work they did for me. I've never been so happy to see the dentist... and I look forward to seeing them again.

My Girlfriend and I just got back from our trip to Puerto Vallarta, and had an amazing experience at the Dentist. They are a great team, very efficient and organized. We stayed a week and got several crowns, root canals, 12-15 filling each, whitening and some dental bonding.
In the US, we would have spent more $ than the total for our vacation, just to get the work done and we would have gone to multiple dental offices for the root canals and the crowns. At Dentoamerica, they do it all in their office and the crowns only took a couple days.
I highly recommend this clinic to anyone thinking about traveling to Mexico for dentistry.

The treatment went really well. I thought I needed two crowns from two unfinished root canals but they kindly informed me that I didn't need it. They are very honest and kind at Dentroamerica and they will go above and beyond to make sure your visit is as pleasurable as a dentist visit can possibly be. Their equipment is extremely modern and they make sure you are involved in the whole process, so you are never thinking you are getting ripped off (as I often do with dentists back home in Australia). Their prices are more than reasonable. My husband and I both ended up getting 24 fillings between us both, cleaning and X-rays and the money we saved on getting it done here meant we could sneak in a holiday via Mexico for 5 weeks on our way home from Canada for the same price. Kirk and the girls are so friendly and the language barrier was never a problem as Kirk or another one of the girls was always around to translate if needed. I couldn't recommend Dentroamerica highly enough.

We were in Puerto Vallarta in May 2012. My husband had a root canal, and 3 crowns done. Kirk gave us an estimate, which was very reasonable (compared to Canada!) Mireya was the Lead Dentist who did the crowns, Carlos did the root canal and Carla did the cleaning. All three were exceptional. We were very happy with the end results. During treatment - maybe 3 or 4 visits - the staff were excellent, treatment went very smoothly, efficiently and gently. Kirk was just awesome as he picked us up at the hotel and drove us to the dental clinic for the first visit. He assured us and has an amazing manner and wonderful honesty about him. Mireya is ever so gentle and professional. I highly recommend Dentoamerica and will happily be back for more treatment, as and when needed. Thanks to all of you at Dentoamerica! Naz

Dentoamerica was fantastic. Everyone should go there for their dental needs. They speak English and Spanish so you can't go wrong with language barriers. They are straight up with everything and are priced very well. I had crowns and fillings done by them and it was done in a few days start to finish. It would have been weeks up here in Canada. I think they have better equipment than in Canada. I know it sounds farfetched but it is the truth. Dentoamerica is now my dentist for life. So worth the trip down there. My root canal went great. The clinic was very modern and clean and friendly. Kirk spoke English so there was no language barrier since I do not speak Spanish. I am very happy with the results and will go back definitely. I have already told friends and family about my experience and encourage them to visit this clinic. The price I paid ended up being cheaper than what I was quoted which is always a nice surprise.

My experience at Dentoamerica could not have gone better. I found my new smile in Mexico with Drs Liza and Nina talents. I was able to travel to PV for a week in Nov and another week in Mar, pay for my flights hotel meals 14 extractions 2 sets of dentures and still save over $2000 over what the same treatments cost in Minnesota. From my first phone call with Kirk to the final fitting and lovely dinner with my new friends from the clinic my experience was exceptional. Every time I was at the clinic ALL of the other patients talked about how happy they were to find this place. Give Kirk a call if you have any questions and I know he can get you the smile you want. Absolutely, 100% recommendation for Dr. Mireya, Kirk and the rest of the staff @ DentoAmerica. My brother and I decided to get our teeth done for his daughter's upcoming wedding and after we both did our research, we contacted Kirk. His answers immediately put us at ease and made us feel confident with the treatment we would be receiving and we booked our two week trip. Dr. Mireya began with a consultation which included oral photographs as well as x-rays. A treatment plan was decided upon and two days later I returned to begin with the multitudes of root canals that I required from Dr. Juan Carlos. He is a very lovely, caring and gentle dentist (the kind that wimps like me require). When the root canals were finished, Dr. Mireya took over preparing all of my teeth for the porcelain crowns and then installed the provisional's. I had a few days to sit back and enjoy my vacation while I waited for my crowns to come back from the lab. Dr. Mireya really pulled a rabbit out of her hat for the magic she performed on my smile. After far too many years of being so unhappy with my teeth, I don't think I have stopped smiling since the crowns were installed. And there were many happy tears back at the hotel room when my daughter, brother and sister-in-law saw the results. The office was also able to have retainers made for my daughter at a fraction of the price that we were quoted here. We are looking forward to going back and saying hi to the DentoAmerica family for any work we need in the future. And my brother is going to be a very handsome father of the bride when he walks my niece down the aisle in August :-)

I am more than happy with the treatment. I am thrilled with the ENTIRE experience. I have never had such a positive dental experience in my life and I have had a ton of work done in the past. The cost was exactly what was quoted and very reasonable. I still can't believe the speed with which my work was completed. It would have cost me quadruple in the states and taken three times as long. All of my work was completed in less than a week. Did I mention that my crowns are absolutely beautiful? The location is very easy to find and the equipment is very modern.

I travelled from Calgary to Puerto Vallarta and took a 30 minute bus to Mezcales. The treatment was awesome and I recommend anyone to go to Dentoamerica. The treatment was excellent and the family style practice was unbelievable. When you go there, it isn't a cold atmosphere. You feel immediately that you matter and receive a genuine caring attitude. Don't waste you money going to a Canadian dentist when you can come on a vacation and get your work done for peanuts compared to the "treatment' you get in Canada. I had a ten day vacation and a crown for roughly the same amount that a crown would cost in Calgary. Check it out!

Our results were great. I had whitening done and my husband got a new partial plate. We are from Sk. Canada and would recommend this clinic to everyone. My polishing, cleaning and whitening was $200 Can, and my husband was $300. He was quoted over $500 in Sk. The work was done one day and we came back the next for a fitting, which was perfect, and left very happy. Talk to any of the patients in the waiting room from all over Can & US and most come back every year.

All the staff members are very professional and courteous and the treatment I received was excellent. Also, the equipment is new and modern. The lead dentist, Dr. Mireya Munoz Munoz, used an oral camera and x-rays for the initial examination and subsequently displayed the camera results on a color monitor and explained treatment options to me. She performed crown prep and installed two new crowns which fit just right and look great. I had no discomfort after the crowns were installed.
Dr. Liza Magallanes Reimers performed a professional cleaning. Also, this is the 1st time I had a cleaning by a dentist instead of a dental hygienist.
I am very happy with the results and highly recommend Dentoamerica.
What's more, the price was right.

I am so happy with the results from Dento America. Kirk was awesome he was easy to talk to and even picked myself and mother up at our Resort. The dentist fixed the space between my two front teeth and she also bleached my teeth. They look wonderful and I am so pleased with the work. I was in and out of the office in a few hours. I already have plans to return for some follow up work and have my entire family on board to get work done at the same place. I will never go to a dentist in California again. I had a week long vacation and my teeth fixed for a less price than i could have got in the U.S.A. I was quoted over two thousand dollars to have my teeth fixed in California and I payed $175.00 at Dento America. I was so impressed with the treatment! My dentist in the US told me I needed multiple crowns, and here they told me I only needed one and the other teeth were fine!! In addition to the dentist, 2 specialists also worked on my mouth, an endodontist and a periodontist. That saved me money AND my other teeth, and I had top notch dentists the whole time! They were professional, courteous, prompt and did great work! They definitely made my trip worthwhile! I would highly recommend them.

The service and quality of work at Dentoamerica was second to none. We even had transportation from our hotel to the clinic. The staff were very professional, friendly explaining all procedures. I started with a pain free ultrasonic cleaning. Then 4 dental bondings on front teeth, and a tooth added to my existing partial plate.
My husband had a root canal, a crown, a filling, and an ultra sonic cleaning.
We both had a night guard made to protect our new dental work.
I was very pleased and would recommend this clinic. It is not Canada, but the cleanliness and infection control standards met with my approval, along with the relaxed and accommodating procedures. All for much less than Canadian dentists.

This clinic is outstanding. Will never use another dentist in the US. Extensive examination, very conscientious about my comfort; went out of their way to be helpful. Work is excellent. The quality at this clinic is very good. They are practiced and specialized in what they do. It was also nice to be able to practice a little Spanish. Kirk, the office manager who is Canadian, is always there to translate things into English when questions arise.
The treatment was equal to and better in certain respects than what my dentist in San Francisco was recommending. While one tooth needing a crown in SF means a significant amount of money, Mireya was able to do a very nice filling for $45 since the tooth was not actually causing any pain. She was not thinking about the most expensive option needed to pay the office rent but rather the best solution for that particular tooth.
I did know before coming down that I was going to need one root canal and crown. Possibly two. With the price being lower I was able to spend some time on the beach and still have my dental work done. In total, I had two root canals and crowns, several fillings and a mouth guard to prevent grinding teeth.
All of the little extras like tiny fillings and replacing metal amalgam fillings with white would have been major purchases for me in San Francisco. A treatment plan would have lasted years to be able to get the work done in an economical manner.
Including my rent at the apartment in Bucerias, trips to Puerto Vallarta, Quimixto, and Los Veranos my total cost was around $2000.
Aesthetically, the work I had done looks great and feels great. It was the right decision for me.
Would you recommend the clinic?
Yes, I would certainly recommend this clinic. I like the quality of work, the team confidence and friendliness, and the relaxed atmosphere, but also the seriousness and attention to detail.
Would you return for further treatment?
I am planning to return next year for a cleaning or just to visit this clinic. I am sure they can do an exam for me that won't cost an arm and a leg. On a long term basis it might be a healthy solution to make repeat visits. I met some of the other clients and they seemed to be doing the same thing as well.

We are very pleased with the dental work done on myself and my husband. In fact, we are going back to Dr Mireya in November for more work! Her husband, Kirk, speaks fluent English as he is from Canada. The office is being rebuilt upstairs from where they are now. Larger, brighter space, and all new equipment. I can't wait to see it. Although their office is a 25 minute bus ride north of Pto Vallarta, Kirk and Mireya picked us up and dropped us off at our hotel.on their way to and from work! Now that is customer service!!! The prices were exactly as quoted.

I have never been more pleased with the work done. The staff was professional, the clinic very clean. I WILL be back next year to finish.

I highly recommend this clinic. I have already told many people about the quality of the work done, the cost was reasonable, and the staff was great. I had no problem communicating with the doctors and the staff. The clinic is easy to get to and was very clean. I definitely recommend this clinic to everyone.

Absolutely, in fact I am already making plans for next year to get other work done.

The treatment I received was excellent. The staff is very knowledgeable and communicated thoroughly and extensively my needs and choices. I couldn't be happier with my choice of this clinic and never expected such ethical and caring treatment. I was not treated as a time slot appointment. Everything was done carefully and thoroughly no matter how long it took. They would not let me go until they were confident the care they gave was the best.
Would you recommend the clinic?
I already have recommended the clinic to other people because I am so glad I went there and would have never found such treatment in the U.S., not to mention it is about a tenth of the price.
Would you return for further treatment?
I plan on returning annually for my dental treatment, as well as my husband.
