About Osteopath London Bridge and Waterloo

Founded on the principle of enabling people to have a better state of health, not just treating symptoms. A small, friendly family osteopathic practice based in Waterloo and London Bridge. The practice is single handed and ran by me (Ben Adams).  I specialize in classical and cranial osteopathy, both of these approaches focus on treating the whole body, not just the bit that is painful.

As this practice focuses on health and not just ease of symptoms a comprehensive case history is taken, dietary and lifestyle and postural advice are a very important part of the consultation process. 

I'm passionate about osteopathy and believe it can help almost anyone have a better quality of health. I look forward to hearing from you if you are interested in this approach.

Biography:

After graduating from the British School of Osteopathy (BSO) Ben has worked in the Lake District and now in London. Ben has undertaken several years of postgraduate study in the fields of classical and cranial osteopathy. These fields of osteopathy focus on the holistic nature of osteopathy and have enabled Ben to treat people with a variety of complicated conditions as part of his postgraduate study.
