Nicola McLennan is an experienced registered Osteopath. Therapies include osteopathy, Indian Head massage and reflexology. The course of treatment is individualised based on the needs of each patient and generally consists of a combination of soft muscle massage and other techniques to assist in reducing pain and increasing mobility.
