Very pleased with the treatment I received. Have made a follow up appointment for 3 weeks time. In the meantime the exercises I was provided with have also helped me with my back strain. They were recommended to me by a friend and I would now recommend them as well.

David is treating me for a couple of injuries, an old shoulder injury and a more recent knee injury. So far great results. He is clearly very skilful with his massage and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. Plus his prices are very competitive. 5*

I saw Mrs Jo Dyson at St Jude's for six sessions of physiotherapy. My daughter had previously attended there for shoulder injury with a different clinician. Her experience was very positive. My injury was carpal tunnel syndrome on both hands; more so on my right hand. Clear explanations were given, there was time to ask questions and printed exercise sheets with instructions provided. The service provided was value for money (VFM). The reception was very efficient and friendly. The registration process and subsequent treatment plan were professionally done. Lots of helpful advice were give. I also received some back workouts and massages. With advice to practice on what was helpful about an upright sitting posture and other simple ideas to follow. The atmosphere is relaxed. I was given practice workout sessions to do at home. The review was done at each appointment. Jo is a fantastic clinician. Thank you, I am relatively pain-free now. I will continue to practice the lessons learnt.

I found this appointment very helpful. Amanda listened carefully, understood the problem I was having and gave me good advice. I felt more hopeful about being able to improve my pain level and mobility. She also promptly sent me a set of exercises to do. I can feel improvement already.
