This physiotherapy clinic is located in the Lansdowne Club in Mayfair in London. Although the club is an exclusive members only club, the clinic is open to non-members. The clinic specializes in golf injuries, hypoxia treatments, skiing injuries, running injuries and theatre and dance injuries. Dr Sarah Lawson

Biography:
Sarah Lawson, who has over 16 years of experience in treating musculoskeletal problems, established physio Remedies in 2004. After gaining a post-graduate qualification in Sports Medicine, Sarah worked as Outpatient and Sports Injuries Physio Manager at the Wellington Hospital, which is the largest independent hospital in London. She has a specialist interest in lower limb rehabilitation and lower back pain. When not working Sarah can be found to be participating in or taking up some kind of strange / extreme sports. In 2008 she climbed Mt Blanc, participated in her first triathlon & duathlon and learnt to kite surf in Lake Como with 414 kiting

Dr Paul Martin

Biography:
Paul Martin, qualified in 1997 from Brunel University, and since this time has gained an MSc in Neuromusculoskeletal Physiotherapy from UCL in 2002. Paul is also employed at the English Institute of Sport at St Mary's College in Twickenham. This is a high performance centre for elite distance runners, working with many Olympians. He also works with elite squash, rowing and England women's rugby to name but a few. Paul is the lead physiotherapist for GB Disability Swimming squad and was part of the team that competed successfully at the Athens and Beijing Paralympic Games, as well as topping the medals table in the World Championships in 2006. When not treating elite athletes, Paul has worked for many years in private practice treating a wide variety of problems encountered by individuals, from the bad back to complex post-operative rehabilitation. Paul became a Director of Physio Remedies in 2008.

Dr Nick Smith

Biography:
Nick Smith qualified in 1993 from Coventry University with an honours degree in physiotherapy. He has worked extensively in London in leading NHS hospitals and for the last 10 years in the independent sector and in Melbourne, Australia. Nick’s main interests are in lower limb rehabilitation and golf. Most recently Nick has completed the first stage of a comprehensive course in Golf Physiotherapy. This will enable him to complete full biomechanical swing analysis of golf players and create a full sport specific rehabilitation programme.

Dr Joni Anderson

Biography:
Joni Anderson qualified with a BSc honors degree from UCL in 1995 and has gained 12 years experience working at some of London's leading NHS and Private hospitals. These include London Bridge hospital and the last 3 years as Deputy Physiotherapy Manager at the Princess Grace Hospital. Joni has also gained post-graduate qualifications in Pilates, a diploma in Sports Massage Therapy and a Masters module at the University of Hertfordshire. She has a personal background in dance and has experience in treating professional musicians. She has a particular interest in treating complex neck, shoulder and pelvis problems and correction of longstanding movement dysfunctions, which can resolve most rehabilitation, postural and ergonomic issues.
