My family and I have been patients at The Dental Studio for some years now and have always been more than satisfied with the care provided, but after my last few visits to see your hygienist, Emma Fletcher, I felt I really had to say something to let you know how very impressed I have been on each occasion I have met and been treated by Emma. As a layman I found Emma's diagnoses and advice so simple to understand and extremely informative, as for the treatment itself I can only say that I am the owner of some rather old and sensitive teeth and Emma is simply the best hygienist I have ever been to, caring, thoughtful, professional whilst light of touch and, the treatment is working already!! I would like to take this opportunity to Thank Emma, and her nurses for all their help and care during my treatment. Would totally recommend Smile kind to everyone. Refreshing way this practice operates. Instantly calmed with music and a cheerful environment. My surgeon, Bilal, phenomenal, he explained everything in terms I can understand before and during the surgery as it was about to happen. The nurse, Kate, delightful and helpful. Talked me through my x-ray weeks earlier, and booked the extraction for a date and time that best suited me and it was great to see a familiar face for the she too. Both were so joyful in the work.

I contacted this dental practice based on a recommendation from a neighbour. I had had an awful experience at another local practice and was somewhat hesitant about registering at a new practice. I have no regrets. From the first point of contact (by phone) to my first face-to-face contact with the receptionists, the whole way through to the dentist himself (Nick Ross), the experience was positive. What a wonderful chair-side manner Nick has. So professional. So kind. So able to help patients to feel calm. So clear in his explanations. If you are someone who is nervous about going to the dentist or embarrassed because you do not have perfect teeth, do not hesitate to register with this practice. It is a private clinic but it is worth every penny.
