I made contact with Novus clinic through Whatclinic platform. Salma have contacted me the same day, and have made 3 different plans for me, which we discussed later. After explaining to me the 3 plans, I have made the decision to do the single-stage plan. I have booked a flight to confirm my reservation. Once I arrived at Istanbul airport the clinic driver was waiting to take me to the hotel. The next day I started the treatment. The procedure was professional and not so painful. The service was perfect. My contact Salma was with me every day during the treatment to translate and be sure that I receive the best service. After the treatment, I was very happy with the results and I had no pain at all. It was a good experience. I strictly recommend Novus clinic to everyone that want to have a nice smile with the best quality materials and services.

I found Dr Baysal after a few months of searching on internet. I chose him because he had a Ph.D. And I was right. He is knowledgeable and skillful, and most importantly he is passionate in the field of dentistry. I had implant for my entire upper and lower jaws for a good value. I came to Dr. Cinik's clinic for a hair transplant and teeth whitening. I was given all the details from the beginning to the end. Goktug Bozkurt gave me his details and kept in touch with me to make sure I arrive safely from and to the airport. I was able to see the difference in shades instantly, my teeth are much whiter now and my sensibility is expected to go away in 2 days. Operation was well done and I will give an updated review as time passes and my hair recovers. I only had a small problem most probably due to the language barrier and array of options but that was immediately solved by Goktug. Many thanks to the team !

P.S I had 11 implants, 12 extractions, bone grafting and sinus lifting and then 24 zirconium crowns ( individual and implant supported bridges) Most of the work work was done in the first week there in May and I have just returned last week from having my second visit where my permanent crowns/bridges were fitted. Excellent value and the hotels they put me in ( the qinn and Ramada Plaza) were a treat too.

Absolutely love my new smile. When I started my enquiries back in the UK this clinic stood out from the rest, they weren’t pushy for a commitment, they were as thorough as possible with the quote from pictures, always available with my queries and most of all calmed my anxieties. From the minute I landed in Turkey the service I received was excellent, all transfers, beautiful hotel, regular contact, amazingly hygienic clinic with friendly staff with amazing skills who gave me my confidence back to smile. If you’re thinking of going to Turkey for dental work I fully recommend it here, very reasonably priced for the quality, and there are cheaper clinics however I don’t believe the service and quality could match Umut. I’ve now had my beautiful smile since August and the only regret I have is that I didn’t have the work done years ago

The clinic was recommended to us by a former patient and after reading the review on the site my partner and I chose to go. The service from the Dental centre is first class from the pick up at the airport to the drop off at the airport. The centre itself. we were made to feel very welcome in what I would describe as a first class centre with everyone very friendly and helpful within a spotlessly clean and high tech premises. The hotel we were provided was not the best for it being treated as a holiday but was clean and suitable for overnight stays but that was more a personal choice and in no way was a bad reflection on the dental centre.

Absolutely brilliant!! I had 6 dental implants 1 week ago. Professional safe set-up from start to finish and great price. 100% satisfaction so far. Best decision to travel and use A-Dent. Collected and taken back to my hotel and 2 hours in chair. Provided with pain killers and anti- biotic plus injection to avoid any infection. Prescription provided and mouthwash at chemist. All communication was provided by wots app from start to finish with aftercare communication to make sure I was ok. Thank you Honor and your team for a fabulous job. See you in 3 to 4 months time. I recently visited the clinic to have dental implants surgery. Dr Binnur was so patient when I was extremely nervous and she explained every step of the treatment. A lovely young man picked us up from the airport even though our flight was delayed by 4hrs he was so kind and waited for us till 2am. The same young man took us to and from the clinic, kept in touch throughout our holiday and was kind enough to take us back to the airport. I had 2 implants placed, canine tooth removed and a bone graft I was virtually pain free. I am due to return in October to have my crowns fitted and I am looking forward to having a new smile. So glad I chose ASV after alot of research I made the right choice. Fantastic staff so caring and patient, and amazing dentist.
