No!! They were unable to read my prescription and gave me incorr3ect lenses. If I had not got the glasses checked by another optician I would have been wearing the wrong glasses. When I went back to the store to explain I was given the incorrect lenses they insisted that the lenses were as the prescription. It was only when I showed them how to read the prescription that they then realised their mistake.

I received my distance glasses a week later but when I arrived, an assistant told me that "someone had forgotten to order my reading glasses." It is now three weeks later and I still have not heard from the store. My wife has not received any of her glasses at all, nor has she received a phone call.Ken , UK , 21 Nov 10
