I recently had the pleasure of working with Joseph as my patient representative at the hospital, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Joseph was professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable and well-informed throughout my stay. Treatment: Total Hip Arthroplasty, and post-op rehab. I am no stranger to ‘Health Tourism’, and contacted several clinics in other countries for the same operation – total hip replacement on one side. I contacted KCM Clinic after reading reviews and details on ‘What Clinic’ website. From that point on, I was most impressed with the speed, detailed information and costs sent by KCM, such that I decided to go ahead and have my hip replaced by them in preference to others. The UK NHS was a total non-starting failure. Every single aspect of the visit from arrival in Wroclaw to homeward journey was almost ‘micro-managed’ with superb efficiency. Transport from/to the airport, hotel arrangements, transport to/from the clinic nearby, pre-surgery assessments, surgery and hospital clinic stay, daily physiotherapy afterwards, all happened extremely smoothly. Yes, there was quite a bit of ‘waiting around’ at times during pre-op assessment, some of it caused by my own request for further cardiology assessment. The actual hip replacement operation occurred as arranged and was very straightforward. The level of care from clinic staff was exceptionally high, the coordinator was extremely helpful and accommodating at all times, the surgeon attended every day after the operation to check on progress and even changed the dressing himself, and the rehab. The physiotherapist always gave superb individual attention to maximise post-operative mobility. A very detailed discharge pack was handed to me when leaving the clinic, including CDs of all X-rays and diagnostic images, ready to pass on to the GP when returning to UK (in Polish, though – but I’m sure it can be well understood in medical circles). Can I recommend them? Without reservation! What about language? Polish is spoken throughout, but nearly everyone has a good command of English or German so communication was never an issue. I was continually impressed by the clinic, and they showed what true ‘health care’ is all about. All-in-all it has been the most positive experience, well beyond my expectations, and one that I will repeat soon for the other side! Thank you so much, KCM.

I found my experience with Dr Nguyen and his wonderful team 'above and beyond' My hopes and expectations. Having been botched in Australia 20 years ago by an Indian woman doctor, I have has many 'try to fix' procedures since then. 'Fix a bit here and a bit there '. Anyway, Dr Nguyen fixed it all properly 100%. I had tummy liposuction and tummy tuck and boob lift and two days later he fixed my back and hips and buttocks where my back was full of holes and gaps and my hips were brought back to their original natural glory. I am still healing but looking and feeling right for the first time in 20 years. I am not a spring chicken I am in my 70s, so many doctors wouldn't have taken me on. I found Dr Nguyen and his team to be kind, ethical people who genuinely practise to do good. I will feel forever grateful for their work on me and would highly recommend them to anyone who has been damaged or troubled by body issues. Very good people and a very reasonable price for all their work.

Dr. Mustafa Acar did a perfect job on my surgery. I only wish I had done it years sooner. I’m so thankful I found the information on him. Feliz was not only helpful via WhatsApp through correspondence prior to my sleep apnea surgery, but also from the VIP pickup with the driver, through the whole visit, during surgery and afterward. I have nothing but great things to say about the entire experience and surgery results. I can breathe so much easier. The sleep study their technicians did right before surgery showed that I stopped breathing 87 times in a 3 hour period, when I thought it was a time when I did not stop breathing at all, and usually I thought I stopped breathing one or two times a night. So the problem was much worse that I was aware. I had no idea how bad my sleep apnea was. Now, after my UPPP surgery by Dr. Acar, I breathe easier and with open airways, even with daily breathing I feel the ease and openness of my breathing and breaths. The cost was so much cheaper than here in the U.S., even cheaper than with a deductible. Dr. Acar’s cost included everything: the surgery, hospital stay, blood tests for pre op, the complete help at every concern from Feliz who took me with the driver to each appointment and test, and the medicines needed to return home. The process was so smooth and quick. They got me right in, tests, surgery, hospital stay, follow up appointment, heal and rest for a day, then I flew home. The hospital rooms that Dr. Mustafa Acar’s office has specially made for his patients, were very nice and modern. Also, I was told no one but his patients stay in those VIP rooms at the hospital. His office is more modern and more impressive than a couple Beverly Hills surgeon offices I have been in for appointments. It’s brand new, large and spacious, as it is the size of four regular doctor’s offices. It is professionally designed and very comfortable in the premiere part of their beautiful city. It is worth the trip. I am now for the first time in 7 years sleeping soundly and breathing easily. I had no idea my problem was as bad as it was. I’m now telling my sister about this and she is making plans to go to Dr. Acar this summer. If I had to do it all over again I would, only much sooner. The doctor, Feliz, and all his staff are the very best in my experience that includes several surgeries here in the USA. Dr. Acar is top tier.

I found doctor Hatice Arior Habibi on line as I live in the UK. From very start she was kept very good communication over WhatsApp. Updated me from start to the end of the procedure. When I arrived first time in Turkey I felt very welcomed in the clinic and Doctor Hatici was looking after me best possible way. We conducted 3 procedures on my legs (with couple day gabs) and it’s all went smoothly. All the other ladies in the clinic are very helpful and nice as well. I came back now (6 months later) as result wasn’t 100% as expected, but without the hesitation Dr Hatice offered me a free sessions! In the end we done 2 , but even for my second session doctor made with discount. It’s not all about money, but it’s just shows how much that team and Dr Hatice genuinely care about their patience health, happiness and satisfaction ♥️ I’m coming back in spring 2024 (not for another session) but just to visit doctor and show the final results of my legs. I highly recommend this clinic, and definitely will be going back there in the future if needed 🙌 And for me it’s very important that I wasn’t treated just like client, but also made my new friend - Dr Hatice, thank you very much for everything you done 🫶

When they talk about The best doctor they mean this one. I will recommend him when u need to do any bariatric procedure did mine yesterday and don’t believe that I did a procedure. No pain and they are so efficient with attending to you. Thank u doc

Seven years ago I walked into Dr Lau’s office since I had persistent throat pain. Dr Lau diagnosed advanced cancer and I underwent a robotic operation followed by radiation and chemotherapy. Although during this journey various other specialists did their part I chose Dr Lau as my focal point and main doctor. The reason was that from the moment I stepped into his office 7 years ago I experienced his very high level of expertise, enormous care and 100% integrity. I can honestly say that I have always felt very lucky that it was Dr Lau who was next to me during this quite challenging journey which will be continued.
